Managers beware. Your employees are key to your business. Yesterday I conducted business at t-mobile in Morrow. The employee didn't take the time to look in the system to solve my problem, she wasn't rude but I was disturbed that she didnt make an effort. I probably would not return. However, today my issue was resolved rather quickly at the Stockbridge store by Ashley who took time to look in the system and was able to fix the problem. Not only will I return, but I will be making 2 purchases. Employees serve us, your customers with care and customers let the managers know when you receive excellent customer service. I do, and thanks Ashley.????

Buyer beware do not go to this particular T-Mobile on Highway 138. Went in there on a 1.2.24 to get assistance with my new phone. The gentleman Rush me out of the store as if in 12. Assist me, tell me it was something that I could do at home. If that was the case, I wouldn't have showed app there at the facility to ask for help. Because proud to buy the $1000 phone and all these assessories. I think I spent over it $131400 at the most with T-Mobile but I can't say. This for over all T-Mobile. But for this location, they need to have a talk with these young people that are working there like. I said a young man rushed me out. Said I could do it at home. He didn't have time. It would have take 3 to 4 hours. But him to transfer my information over into the new. By which "on"? It did not take that long because when I got back to the house. My son and help me to do it. And it only took about a hour. So again at, like they didn't have time to to take them to help. You know and so I would not ever do business with that location.. And lastly, if I could give them less than one, that's what they would get..

I went to t-mobile 3654 Stockbridge Georgia location yesterday 12/23 between 3 pm to 3:40pm . First when I walk into the store no one greeted me , second no one ask me to check in and third they all ignored me and wouldn't even give me eye contact. I waited in front of the door for like 20 minutes and still no one acknowledged me. A couple of other customers walk in they greeted them and ask them to check in. The crazy thing one of those customers ask me if I check in yet . The staff didn't even do that. So I said no and I waited in the same spot waiting to be greeted and taking care of. I waited for another 20 minutes and when they started calling customers who came in after me I left. Even though that store was busy I would never go to that store again and that's not how you suppose to treat customers. I went to a different store located in Morrow that was very busy and they greeted me and check me in as soon as I walk in the store. The store in Morrow was very professional

Ashley was amazing. She wasn’t pushy, she provided offers that were relevant to my purchase and made me feel comfortable. Tmobile in Stockbridge, ga is where you can find awesome Ashley. ?

My initial impression of Shameka began ober the phone when i was placed on hold for 30 minutes. No one ever returned to the phone. I contactef customer care who then stated my device arrived 5 hrs prior however the store failed to contact me. Customer care contacted the store on my behalf and once again Shameka answered. When she was made aware of the issue she never apologized or offered reasonig instead she lied abiut speaking to me but never did instead she put me on a 30 minute hold, and placed customer care on another 10 minute hold then when she was on the line she overtalked, extremely rude and didnt handle the manner with care.... not once did she own what she did. Will advise Tmobile to never send my devices to this location to avoid people like her

I went in and received the absolute best customer service from Tomeka. She was very patient with me as I set up my business account, even though it was frustrating because the other phone company gave me such a hard time. But, everyone was so helpful, courteous and understanding through the whole process.

Do not go with T mobile! They are not good. I have had issues with service since going with them. Also DO NOT go to this location. They tell you one thing in store then when your bill is not the same as the people told you, they will not help or give any answers. They just say well call 611.
