I went in store today at about 10:30AM to exchange my modem. I walked in to a scene with a customer being unreasonable with a store employee. Shantia (I apologize if I misspelled) was so kind, courteous and patient with the customer who was asking for something well outside of her job description- the lady had an issue with her Apple ID. The customer was rude, and disrespectful but Shantia continued to offer her help with what she could despite her demeanour. Another customer was causing an issue over the people with appointments being served ahead of him- he was a walk in. The employees at this location are generally always very accommodating and do their best, and I was disappointed to see folks treat them so badly.

The customer service and i termed quality is beyond horrible!!!! I kept getting the run around to disconnect my services and rude employees!!!! Please go somewhere else!!! Even calling corporate was a joke!!!!! Never again!!!!

A young lady in the store was very rude and seemed uninterested in being at work. I was impressed by the walk-in Spectrum store's atmosphere, but her negative energy and attitude ruined my entire experience. I'm actually relieved that I'm not becoming a customer if they have employees as unhappy as she is.

Our WiFi has been going out for 3 days straight . Usually the Wifi goes out at least once a month due to outages in the area , which I hate ! For the last week , our wifi has been going out for 3 consecutive days . For more than 2 hours each day I have not had wifi . I am sick of spectrum ! Do not get this unless you just want the cable services .

I want to commend Zachary. He is so respectful, kind and courteous. He gave me advice about my bill which helped so much. He deserves a BIG raise. His interaction with customers is equal to Chicfila employees. And that's saying a LOT! Thank you,Zachary.

The phone I'm currently using is garbage. I came by to pay my bill and see about getting a new one only to find out they don't open til 10am. Makes it hard for people who work to go by.
Ok now for the nitty gritty. My phone is impossible to charge. I've tried 4 cables and they have all failed. The phone must be placed in a certain position to get it to charge. On top of that, when I am home using it, I will constantly get notices that it is off line and then almost immediately one saying the connection has been restored. It also has decided to cut the first letter off of a reply to any Facebook comment. It's almost ended up out the window several times.
