I recently had an ultrasound appointment with Syretha, and I can't thank her enough for her gentleness and calm spirit. From the moment I met her, it felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend. Her presence makes the visit so pleasant and comfortable. I shared a previous bad experience I had with an ultrasound, and she was the complete opposite—so warm and reassuring. I love seeing her face and being around her; she truly makes the experience amazing. Highly recommend Syretha for anyone looking for a compassionate and professional experience!

While in labor, my midwife stated that she would tell me when I was contracting so that I could push. However, she did not assist me with pushing even once, which may be why I now have diastasis recti. Additionally, I kept feeling intense pressure in my buttocks, but the midwife took several hours to come and deliver my baby, even after being informed that I was 100% effaced. If you are African American, I strongly advise you to stay clear of this facility.

Customer service and care for patients has definitely changed drastically over the years. I delivered 5 babies with them this last one has been a horrible experience! It’s no care, no clear communication, no kindness and no compassion for the patients as it use to be. I honestly cried at the disbelief maybe it’s new management or a new owner but I will not be returning ever again nor recommending them to anyone else.

I was induced at 41 weeks and I can definitely say I had an amazing birth experience. The mid wives were absolutely amazing. I’ve had a pleasant experience with every single one I’ve met. Darrce was the one who delivered my beautiful baby girl and she did amazing. She did a lot of things that were already on my birth plan such as perineal massage, delayed cord clamping, immediate skin to skin and more. I’m so blessed for my experience and will continue to go here for the future.

The experience medically was ok however the billing department issues I have are chaotic. I was approved through the Atlanta VA to receive medical care at Southern Crescent Women’s health (Fayetteville) and they billed all my appointments to the VA except my last appointment before I lost my daughter unexpectedly during my second trimester. No one from the facility contacted me to send condolences for my loss however 2 years later the billing department sends me a bill stating I owe them for the visit 6/2022.
I told them I have insurance that covers all my appointments and I should have no out of pocket expenses. The billing representative said “well it’s too late for us to run the insurance so you are responsible for the bill”. I was so displeased with her lack of empathy and lack of concern that 1 lost my child, and 2 that it was their mistake for not billing the VA as they had been previously.
I contacted the VA and told them what happened and the VA called the billing department with me on the phone and explained to them that they see prior claims that were submitted and the VA paid so the last bill should have been done the same. The billing manager stated she would make the corrections, well the corrections was to send my bill to a collection agency to hide the mistake. I was then contacted by the collector in regards to the bill in which I gave the VA the information to the collection agency to let them sort out the issues. It’s a shame that you serve a country that has facilities who won’t serve you.

Deserves 0 stars. Traffic was a nightmare. I called to say I'd be late. They said come on. I provided an eta of 430 It took me 3 hrs to travel 19 miles. As soon as I got on i75 they called and said they were leaving early. It was 415. I left work 3 hrs early. Office closes at 5pm. Rude unprofessional and doesn't care about anything but the money. Also must not be a good dr to be done early! Sorriest practice I've come across. RUN LIKE HELL!

Dr. Bellow does well to respect his patients wishes and concerns. He thoroughly explains his procedures, and makes sure the patient is aware of what is going to happen. He also knows exactly what he is doing, and I am not worried about scarring because he has done such a great job with my suture. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Bellow. He is an amazing, expert, health care service provider whom I have had the greatest pleasure to have him as my doctor.
