“I love the UPS Store in Stockbridge on 138. There's nothing they can't do. Always professional and knowledgeable. DO NOT GO TO THE UPS Store in Morrow. I've been there 3 times and still haven't received service. Either there computer is down or the person in te MORROW Store can't help you. Went to the Morrow store yesterday. They couldn't even scan my documents in and email them to me. Sad and pitiful service at the MORROW store.”
“Absolutely exceptional customer service! They got me in and out so fast! Both representatives greeted me as I walked through the door. I had to go to this UPS location unfortunately because the UPS store in ellenwood has the worst customer service I ever seen. I needed to make a return through Happyreturns and the QR code was not loading however they were able to take my express code and I was in and out in like 10min. I wish I got the gentleman’s name but both of them were exceptional!”
