If you ever call to get a price make sure you get the name of the person who you spoke with and tell them to save your quote they change the prices to a higher price. That’s not good business they changed the price on me each time I called I won’t be buying parts from here.

The warranty period is 3 months while everyone else is 6 months. i recommend everyone to shop else where if u want 6 months warranty.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at Rockdale Auto, I appreciate the engine you guys hooked me up with great prices, great service. The worst customer service I ever received. Communication was horrible didn't even want to look at me while talking also $100 dollars a must at the door for wet car mats I really felt racially targeted!!

I needed a rear window glass for my 2017 Hyundai Santa FeI told a worker by the name of Keith that I needed a passenger side rear window glass. After I received the glass I realized I needed the driver's side glass rather the passenger side glass. Keith had their worker remove the glass with no problem despite the fact that it was time consuming and raining. He was polite and their price was reasonable. Darryl,

Terrible customer service. I called in prior to coming to the location and was told that the transmission I was looking for was already pulled and sitting on the shelf. When I got their they sent an employee to go grab the part. It took 1hr for them to bring the part up to clean it before I was told I could check it out. Once I started looking at it I noticed part of the cv axle was still attached. I asked the service rep (Lee) could I use a pry bar to pop cv out so I can check the shaft. Since reason client is replacing transmission is due to output shaft bearing having play. He stated that the guys with the tools went on lunch. I then stated I've been waiting for over an 1hr now. His response was you can take your business elsewhere. So I DID. I Highly recommend you find your parts somewhere, where they value there customers.

Recently bought a throttlebody. Prior to buying the part they confirmed the part fit my Santa Fe, but no the part didn’t fit and the shop is like “we sell as is”! I don’t understand “businesses” these days. I have a part that doesn’t even fit my car but “we have to look into it” is what was told to me when I asked for a refund. They are very misleading.

They pull wrong part even when receipt clearly states what I needed. None they less the made it right with no problems! If I ever needed parts, I would deal with again.

Ordered a transmission and when it was delivered it had a cracked transmission pan and called them and they sent me my old transmission so I removed the pan from there but what I didn’t know is that they had dropped the transmission while removing it or during transportation because after it was installed the car would not start because the pump was busted apparently when it was dropped. Had the transmission removed took it back to them and I talked to the owner of the business his name is Omar and he said he’s not going to warranty it. I’m so disappointed by how they treated me. I had to buy a second transmission which was installed and the car is running again. 1 star is too much for this place I give them zero stars . Omar I’m so disappointed in how you treated me. I’m so hurt that you know that you sold me a bad transmission and you didn’t even care to give me my money back. You know that if they dropped the transmission with that tuque converter attached the pump is going to be busted. That is the worst customer service I have ever seen.Sir your transmission is a bad transmission you can’t try to get out of this one with being technical it was dropped and damaged when it came in. It’s still sitting at that shop. You just need to give me my money back .
