Had my car painted by this company. Car is already peeling ?. They told me car would be ready on a particular date but when the day came it hadn't even been started. No one communicated with me. I had to keep calling to get someone on the phone. I would leave vm and I wouldn't get a call back. This company doesn't communicate nor does the quality of the work hold up. Everything is a flop! Paint job, communication, and customer service is a ? joke. Save your time and money!

I want to thank the management and staff at 1 Stop Car Care in McDonough, GA for such a wonderful experience on today (Thursday; July 13, 2023). Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and friendly.. The manager, and his team were very accommodating, personable, humble, responsive as well as professional. I was sent to them by Discount Tire because my Honda Odyssey Elite Touring Minivan needed stud repair work done. It was important that I get the repairs done today, because I was heading out of town the next day. Although they were completly booked they understood my dilemma and made an exception to complete the emergency repairs. Everyone there worked together as a well organized team, and seemed more like family instead of co-workers, they also made me feel valued as a customer. It's not every automotive center that treats their customers this way, or provide the type of exceptional service and customer care that I received at 1 Stop Car Care. This is my go to place for service and repairs in the future, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their automotive needs.

Mr. Rich and crew made my whole month! They were quick and friendly and fixed a bumper displacement free of charge and in less than 5 minutes! I tipped them, because never have I experienced such amazing service. If I could give them 10 stars, then I would!

This company is ??... Set up for my truck to be worked on by them. They agreed to tow it from the wrecker yard Friday & begin repairs on the 5th. Saturdays rolls around & my truck is still at the wrecker yard racking up storage fees. I try to call them all day...no answer. Called them & left a message today... Monday.... Called again & my number is blocked. If they couldn't take the job why lead me on & waste time & Money. Unprofessional is an understatement.

Horrible customer service ! I am from tx and went in to grab a few things not knowing they didn't expect food stamps then the guys told me to hurry up while I was trying my other card and tried to charge me more then what the item cost I had put up on counter. I will never go back there again!

This is my go to shop to get my car fixed. Recently my car and my son's car had some repairs. We both had excellent service, Richard the owner, took good care of the scripes and bumps repairing them to my satisfaction. We appreciated it. Will aways go back in the future. Great customer service.

STOP!!!!! RUN!!!!!! SHADE TREE MECHANICS WHO ARE REAL LIARS!!!! I had an oil leak on my SUV. I was told it would be over $1000 in repairs. So tired of my tore up drive way, I agreed. I got all kinds of other recommendations and since they were so highly recommended, I said yes. Got my truck back, oil still spewing, called them back, they said return the truck, I did. I was without my truck for 8 days more, only to get it back with the same issue and of course they didn't want to give any of my money back. Found a guy who fixed my issue for 25% of what they charged me and gave me my truck back in 2 days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE OF THIEVES!!!!! As a woman, I went to them in good faith and they SIMPLY ROBBED ME and then acted like I was the problem. DON'T EVER GO HERE FOR EVEN WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID!!!!! You'll regret it the moment you drive up.

My car had a couple of issues. It needed an oil leak repair, brakes, and a new distributor. I didn't tell them that I had the front brakes repaired already. They fixed the distributor. I'll give them that. But they recommended every part that could potentially leak in the car for repair rather than finding the actual leak. I agreed to their 1700.00 repair bill and paid them. But, when I got the car and finally was able to drive it a couple of days later, the leaks still existed, and the brakes still screeched. What did they do? Nothing but un-ethically milk the job and not deliver the repairs I requested. I took it back to them, and they finally took the tire off the rear of the vehicle and discovered that I needed rear brakes and drums after supposedly resolving the issue by fixing front brakes that did not need repair. They charged an additional $400.00 for that repair. After 10 hours of labor, they never fixed the leak, replacing oil gasket covers and brake booster gasket ( they claimed ). Thank GOD I did go to an ethical mechanic that fixed my oil leak by replacing my oil pan gasket for 150.00. I will never recommend anyone or do business with One-Stop Car Care Center again. This business is cursed.....stay away.
