I got a full set ombré nail look and a gel pedicure . The ombré was done by the owner and the help pedi was done but the owners wife ( I forgot to ask for names . I’ll admit I wasn’t super happy with my full set , the nails are too thick :( and I will have to pay to get them done over again in a week elsewhere . The pedicure was the highlight of the entire service . If you have INGROWN TOENAILS come here and see his wife . I was in so much pain and it was all gone by the time I left since she gave me such a good pedicure .

Full set with ombré and gel pedicure was $105 total . The full set was a 6/10 . They are too thick and not quite oval shaped . He was really nice so I didn't say anything but now I'm home and I want to cry I will have to get them fixed in a week elsewhere . Now the pedicure . The pedicure was the best part the owners wife did my pedicure . I had an ingrown that was kind of bad and I felt pain . She cleaned my nails really well and I no longer have the pain from the ingrown . Definitely get a pedicure from her if you happen to stop by . You can use card and there is an ATM right outside the business .

Went in to get my big toe fixed due to a chip. There was a male associate doing a ladies nails and another female associate looking at something on her phone. The male associate looked up and asked what I needed I told him I needed one toe fixed he gave me a side glance and said 45 min wait. The female associate on her phone never looked up and the shop only had the one customer no one else was waiting. This one toe getting fixed could have led to me being a consistent customer but I was not worth your time or energy. Thank you for not assisting. Peace ✌?

I’ve been going to this location for years and typically have good service. I understand that prices of everything is going up, but to get the exact same thing done from 3 months ago, which is mani/pedi/gel nails, the price jumped from $80 to $105. He told me had to charge me $10 extra for my cuticles. Since when is getting your cuticles not included with the manicure???? I told him I’ve always done this and never was charged extra. They are nickel and diming you for everything. That was my last time going to there. And this time he did a rush job and it shows. And no, I did not leave a tip. If I could give a negative 0 star, trust and believe.Services: Pedicures

I received a pedicure and SNS. The customer service was good but the actual service left much to be desired. My main issue was the SNS service. They weren't done to what I consider a professional level. The powder looks thick on my nails and it's uneven. Also, less than a week later the polish is cracking on 2 fingers. This isn't my regular shop and I went here for convenience but I regret it.Services: Pedicures

Finally had free time for me sat to get my nails done. sun my gel started peeling, ruining my clothes. went back no apology no refund and wanted the same person who ruined them to do them again. NO THANKS. MY TIME AND MONEY ARE PRECIOUS. VERY DISAPPOINTEDService: Gel manicures

Bad attention! Bad manners, they don't listen to you because you are talking on the phone, it is their own language. Very bad customer service, they don't listen to you and don't pay attention when you ask them for something!! They look at you and talk to each other about what you are telling them! Horrible place, horrible attention! I won't go again.?

I have been going to Regal Hudson Bridge for over 2 years.And never had a problem with the price.And with in the last 3 visits they keep raising their prices. 1st i was charged $55.00 i always pay an extra $10. for a tip for a pedicure and manicure. 3 weeks later my next visit I was charged $65.00 for the same job. Today 3 weeks later for the same manicure and pedicure I was charged $80.00. That's insane. When I asked why the increase he said its because it was jell but i aways get the same pedicure and manicure. And my toes was not done with jell. Well I will not be back. He just lost a customer. Very unhappy!!! Shame on you.Services: Manicures
