You get what you pay for I guess. Curb appeal and lobby are where it ends. Room was not good. Microwave broke, TV only had one station, faucet in bathroom was ready to fall off, toilet handle was broke, shower was gross. The worst thing was the heating unit as we didn't even turn it on because inside the vent was absolutely filthy and I wasn't going to breathe that all night. Bed was ok but do yourself a favor and spend $20 more and go somewhere else.

I wouldn't stay there again we found roaches in our room at 3 a.m. plus out in the hallway. Plus when we walked in the bathroom the toilet seat had urine dried up on it. Just discussing.

Everything was good nice clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. The breakfast was a heart attack waiting to happen. The price was reasonable.

At this place the rooms are bug infested room service sucks they don't clean anthet always charged me over what myRoom total was don't stay at places where people. Treat you less than human I recommend don't waste your money or time an yes drugs smell all over the place Room 311

Don't bother. Great price and curb appeal but room was in major need of deferred maintenance.Towell bar was broken. Towel hook behind bathroom door was missing. Towels were torn and past use.Shower head was useless as water trickled out like some kind of practice joke and worse yet, the tub drain was clogged so bad that by the time my shower was complete, my feet were submerged in four inches of...fungus creating water sludge.yuk. Oh and for good measure the toilet was not secured to the floor and was an adventure evrytime I sat down.The front desk clerk who could have been the owner was unfriendly, never smiled and never made us feel welcome.Then we requested a late checkout and housekeeping was waiting outside our room door.Guess so-since there were maybe a half dozen rooms occupied-and now you know why.Noteworthy details: Forget it. Pay the extra 20 bucks and stay somewhere else. You'll thank me in the morning!

BED BUGS AND NASTY! My husband was staying here for out of town work. First off the room was nasty and second the rooms are eat up with bed bugs! They offered no fix for this and that is completely unacceptable! He has so many bites his eyes are swelled shut and he is going to have to go to urgent care and miss work for the week! This is absolutely unacceptable and no one should stay here!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE OPEN.

We have stayed at a few nice Red roof hotels, this one has a lot to be desired. They tried to do an upgrade and failed miserably, I've been in better mom and pops.

They had a king size bed on a let out couch like frame ... Jacuzzi tub had to be manually plugged and unplugged to work; the iron was extremely hot and burned my dress??

Location was very convenient. Staff was friendly. Hotel was run down and in need of repairs. Pool was empty, disgusting, and broken. Our rooms were not as clean as expected but worked for laying our heads down for a few hours. One room was completely missing a door lock and another had a hole where the peep hole was and you could put your finger right through. Didn't have high expectations anyways since it is a Red Roof. Gas station within walking distance.

Location is great, however there is a $10 charge per additional person. Once you check in and go out once you have to have your card redone. Housekeeping may as well benon existent. They put the sheets on wrong, so you are basically uncovered when in the bed. The linens are dingy so I guess it is not bad that you can't cover up. Air works well in the rooms and you can see the parking lot from the window. Motel has bugs in the rooms, and you can see them squashed on the walls in the rooms and next to the doors in the hallway. Housekeeping does NOT clean them you can see them squashed on the walls. Ice machines are run down and always empty and the 2nd floor is very dark. Elevator stalls and jumps. I went to enter the elevator and had to step down because the elevator did not come all the way up before stopping, also the doors do not close well. Additionally, the elevator stopped while I was on it for about two minutes and there are only 3 floors. After 3 days and several complaints I stopped using it. Breakfast is milk and orange juice that is poured or mixed in with another used container until used up regardless of the expiration date. The toilet had p*** on the floor as if someone tried to clean it up but it ended up in the crevices between the floor and the toilet. If your sheets are not clean at check in you have to change the sheets yourself and you have to beg for tissue.They use a towel to mop. You literally have to have your card redone after you return each time. Rooms below subpar, service and front desk the same. Oh and they act like they don't understand what you are saying unless you say "tip." No more Red Roof for my family. I have attempted twice in 2 different cities. Now I understand why someone said that it should be a crime to stay at a Red Roof. Oh, did I mention that this location charges per person yet, they will not provide the extra towels.Food & drinks: The location was only good due to walkability. There is a grocery store, and several restaurants within walking distance and a gas station at the entrance. That is the only positive about this motel.

Admittedly frustrated this morning. My family arrived at 2 am, exhausted. I will say that the gentleman checking us in was very nice. I asked him about late check out and if there was a fee. He told me that I could check out at 12 and that there was no additional cost. He wrote this information down on my check in form that they keep.l, so his replacement would know. However, the next morning, shortly after 11 I received a knock at the door stating we needed to check out. I let this gu know that I had requested late check out. He stated that he was the manager and there was no late check out. We were able to pack and exit the room in less than 15 mins. My issue isn't that we had to leave, it was that he was rude. He then proceeded to stare me and my children down as we left the lobby. Then had the nerve to ask "are you checking out?" As I walked to the desk to return my key. I personally won't be returning here. I'd rather pay the extra money for consistent customer service.Pros: quiet, no bugs, affordable, neat, seemed safeCons: rude manager, the room smelled of smoke even though we were in non smoking, the bedding was clean but stained and burned, tv didn't work,

I don't usually do reviews but this was ridiculous. The front of the hotel was nice but the room wasn't. The whole hotel reeked of cigarettes, as soon as we went into the room there was a musty smell so I had to turn on the ac to help get rid of it, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, the bathroom mirror was dirty like if they just wiped it with a dirty rag, everything was covered in dust and one of our beds comforter had a multiple stains on it. Definitely not worth $130 and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you had no where to go, I've been to motel 6s better than this place alone with far better service.
