I was sold the wrong part, the new part was reordered. I was told the new part would be in on Monday. Very professional and the courtesy was awesome.

Do you pay a little more? Yes, but when I say NAPA is on point. They greet you, tell you they will be with you in a moment, or ask if anyone is helping you yet. They immediately get the part and your transaction is completed in under 2 mins. Bypass all the other wannabe parts stores.... too many young, inexperienced, don't care, texting on their cellphone employees.

You need to change the hours on your door. I showed up at 530 PM to pickup an online order that I had placed earlier. I don't have all the time in the world to go around to various stores looking for an oil filter. Which I found just down the road at O' Reilly's. Or money for gas.A simple printout taped to your door will do a hell of a lot more than Sending Emails or Contacting Customer Service ever will.

The employees are always courteous and the store is well stocked. Per the website, the air filter for my 2010 vw beetle 2.5 was processed and ready for pick up within 30 minutes. A perfect fit.

I have a Honda CRV and the battery is small. After having visited a different Napa, this location has awesome customer service. I called in advance and spoke with Lucious who was extremely pleasant and customer focused. Great place, great people, I would recommend giving them your business

Please change the hours on your website to match the hours on the door. Website states you close at 7:00pm it is 6:30pm and the door closed. Desktop printed sign states you close at 6pm. With gas at $5 a gallon NAPA you have to do better.
