I walk in at 1720. There is only one associate working the counter. It happens. I have to leave about 1730 because I'm in my wife's van and she has to head to work. I come back in my car at 1802. The doors are locked. These are not the posted hours nor are these the hours online. It's confusing because Napa and this location especially are exemplary. Often times if you shop around other parts stores will tell you they dont carry it, it's a dealer part but napa will have it. Many times in stock. Great location if you need a part but be mindful of them potentially closing early and without warning. I need a belt that only they have locally but my neighbor will have to wait until the morning for that.
Edit: I now see based on other reviews this is a persistent problem. I should've read the reviews. I wasn't aware of this. Why post business hours that you have no intention of keeping?
