New manager by the name of Bernard helped me tremendously and made things right. He's the epitome of great customer service. I never liked coming to this Metro store but I will from now on. Thanks again Bernard.

I had one of the worst experiences at this store.I bought a charger a week ago which it broke couple of days later. I returned to get a refund to buy a better one because the one had purchased seems to be cheaply made.The young lady at the counter made a simple return very difficult, she did not know how what to do, treated me rudeley, disrespectful and even went into making a races statement when pointing out the policy.This person does not need to work in a public setting, especially dealing with customers.

I had one of the most pleasant experiences on Monday at this Metro store. My phone was literally broken and unrepairble. Choi was super helpful and informative. Thank you so much. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

I dropped my phone and my SIM card stopped working. I was in the area and stopped by. My phone is used for work and I needed it. Choi helped me so fast. He used the test SIM card and explained everything to me. Suggested to purchase a new SIM card to make sure the issue was my SIM card and not the phone. He went above and beyond.! The SIM card was the issue. So awesome. Thank you so much

Service is wonderful in the store, but if you ever need to reach the store by telephone, it's impossible. They never answer. Also, do not get the RVVL 6 PRO, service is TERRIBLE with this phone.

Had a phone that crashed and needed a new one desperately..Walked in at 1:30 and was treated very well by the gentleman that was working the store by himself. He answered all my questions and had me out the door in a timely manner with a new phone. He addressed every person that walked in the door and was helping 4 customers at one time trying to keep everyone satisfied..Very professional and knowledge..

First I called the store and Choi the man working there answered. He was so pleasant told me Happy New Year. When I got to the store he was even nicer. Great customer service. I will drive 25-30 minutes just because the service was that good. You don't get this in store these days. Thank you for a great experience for me and my son today?????
