They seem to be well stocked. I gave them four stars because the "front" door (street side) is actually the back door. You have to drive around to the back, and the parking area is a bit creepy. I did like the signage back there, I would have enjoyed more lighting. I should have taken pictures, but I didn't.

Excited to explore this place. Walked in and had to interrupt a very important conversation, as the two employees did not bother to say hello or ask if we needed help. Fast forward to leaving the store and saying our goodbye… not a word. This place has a lot of good to it, but you have to have time to find it. It could be so much better if they alphabetized the SNES, Genesis, N64, or any other games that aren’t PlayStation and XBox. They weren’t inclined to help us, which resulted in us wandering the store with hopes of finding what we were looking for. So y’all have time to sit and ignore guests? Great! Do that and organize the store.Quick answer to fix this problem. Fire the staff!

I absolutely love media mania. The staff is friendly, they have so many options and great customer service, and I've even had a gamestop employee tell me that it's better to sell your old games you no longer want to media mania, instead of them, because media mania will give you a better price. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the best place I have ever been to.The prices compared to online line up and I can just walk in and have a problem with a game and they will fix it right then and there. This place is the best retro place I have ever been to. They have ever throw back and in my opinion it is a must come to. I will never stop coming here cause the prices are right and the employees are the most humble and understanding guys. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

EDIT: I'm dropping my review to 1 star. After making a second visit and scoping around more, I found multiple blatantly (and not blatantly) bootleg BluRays, boxsets, controllers, and other accessories being sold at DOUBLE their eBay price. There was also no signage that suggested these were not official, and they were often put in with the other merchandise to pass off as legitimate. The most damning example being the Star Wars and Avatar: Way of Water "DVDs" which look absolutely nothing like their proper releases.I cannot - in any good conscious - recommend anyone shop here, as the above is (in my personal opinion) morally bankrupt. Furthermore, even official products are regularly overpriced far beyond eBay and even local marketplace listings.Buyer beware, you may be paying $40 for a cheapo garbage ripoff that sells for $15 on eBay.======Extremely cool store. Some of the best selection of games and films (including a killer VHS section) that I've ever seen in the area. So much crazy stuff is here. The pricing, however, ranges anywhere from fair to completely outrageous (which isn't surprising given the current state of retro game collecting)It's a cool place to shop around, but definitely be wary of the pricing. I'll definitely be stopping in again sometime!

Terrible customer service!! I got to the store right at 11 am which is when they advertise to open. I sat in the parking for 30 minutes until they opened at 11:30. I asked the employee why and his one word response was 'traffic'. He never even apologized. If traffic prevents you from getting to the store on time, then allow yourself more time to get there. Simple as that. The person responding to my Facebook messages never apologized either. This is the FOURTH time in the last year when the store didn't open at 11... They also didn't give a discount for paying in cash and they always did in the past. I was regular customer for two years and they will not get another cent of my money. I will shop at others stores that demonstrate politeness. Check out their rude and confrontational responses to other reviews...

I enjoyed the store and plan to be back again. That’s the quick summary review. Below I’ll offer a few additional thoughts now.I read some of the reviews about people not being greeting when they walked in the door and I can verify that that did happen for me, too. The owner/workers were busy with other things so it’s not a big deal. Personally, that isn’t something that bothers me but I understand that it can set the tone for some people’s shopping experience. Didn’t feel pressured by anyone as I walked around and perused through the gaming collection. That alone is worth going to the store for. When I did interact with people running the shop they were great. They have a pretty large selection of games for many different consoles. Lots of duplicate games. Retro Nintendo selection was a little light compared to some other stores I’ve been to.On to game prices.. I read comments where people complained about prices and can say that it’s not completely accurate. There are a lot of prices that are just fine. I picked up a few Sega Genesis games and was pleased with what the prices were. (Took them home and they play perfectly.) But then there are games that really are a bit over the top. I saw a Mario Cart Double Dash for $111.00. I know that game is a bit pricey anyway, but that is nearly $20-$30 dollars over what I’ve normally seen it for. I read a response they offered to someone else’s price complaint comment that they base their prices off of a couple industry sources and stated that one was DKOldies. A lot of people are already pretty irritated with DKOldies for price gouging, so my recommendation for the owners would be to take it down a notch on some of the more sought after games. It would probably serve them pretty well.Other than some games prices that I personally thought were unreasonable, I think the store is very good. There is much more in the store besides video gaming. Lots of records, movies, music players, etc. It is definitely worth coming to the store and checking things out for yourself. I think there is something here for anyone interested in finding retro items of value.

Lots of great things from comics to vintage home sound systems. Huge movie collection, almost every game and game system you can think of plus great service, can't beat this hidden ?...2023, still all the great stuff and they buy your unused items like home audio equipment, CDs, cassettes, 8tracks, vinyl records, and game systems.

My buddy and I went to check this place out. We like to search for awesome retro games. The prices were extremely overpriced on video games. I don’t know what they use to price them out, but almost all the games they had I’ve seen for way way lower at other stores everywhere, and even recently. We were planning on buying a couple of things here and there if they were say 20 or even 30 more dollars of what items we’ve seen in the past. But no, this place had items hundreds more. I’d love to give them my business, but they’re asking too much. Way way too much. For example, they had a loose copy of Luigi’s Mansion for the Gamecube outside of the case for $90… For most places I’ve seen that sell it loose, it’ll usually go for 50-60. And $30 for N64 reproduction cartridges? Unless you they do them themselves, I think that’s also kinda nuts.

I was there yesterday and I do not recommend looking at any of the 45's, they are unbelievably overpriced, they should be selling at $1 or LESS, all of them, instead, most are well over $1, most are $3 and up, I couldn't believe it, they are not worth that much money at all, and they have scratches on them as well, not just a few either, do not waste your time!!
