Every trip I make to Kroger is worse and worse and worse. I don't come here much anymore. This time is literally the icing on the cake, there is only a small amount of German chocolate with coconut on this cake. This is my last visit to your store, we are done.

Now I get it ...do not buy Kroger brand of yogurt that is discounted. I picked up at least 5 of these Kroger brand yogurts for 32¢ each. Expiration was not until Dec 6th. I wasn't sure why they were discounted. Until I started eating one. There was a strand of hair on my spoon on my first bite. I had just opened it, so it was not my hair. Here are the pics of the hair and the yogurts. I just threw away all the yogurts. Not even wanting to go through the hassle of getting a refund for just a $1.00. This was so disappointing!

Shop somewhere else where the staff treat you right. They’re a bit dysfunctional and the management is not very responsive. For example, the deli typically has staffing issues because not all of the deli workers know how to do what they’re supposed to do. Over the past couple months or so, I’ve seen the same young lady repeatedly be rude to customers at the counter. I understand closing early if you’re short staffed, but shouldn’t everyone know how to fry chicken? It is the one thing that everyone in the deli should be able to do, right? There is clearly a management issue. Did the managers/supervisors stop evaluating staff performance? Is that the Kroger way? You still need to focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE and job performance even if people are doing more pickup and delivery orders. It’s also a nightmare trying to check out. The store is also chaotic in the front more so than at some of the other grocers in the area (Publix, Ingles, etc.)

I stay on Jonesboro but for some odd reason prefer to travel to this one. They’re actually equal travel distance from where I live, and so, that’s probably why. I mainly go for my prescriptions at the pharmacy, but the entire staff at this location to me seems very pleasant and welcoming. Store is clean, neat, and well-stocked. I wished they had my favorite Coconut Milk by Simple Truth there today, but, the room temperature version with 99% coconut and about 500mg potassium is a very difficult find no matter which Kroger I’m visiting.I also enjoy their fresh salmon, wide variety of fresh healthy meat options, and their very elaborate produce section. Bring hibiscus flower back! Thanks.

Latanger (spell check) is useless & a poor representation of a customer service representative. The worst attitude I've experienced since my arrival to this town. Just quit if you're unhappy with your job, don't be bitter towards others.

Its usually very well kept with seemingly good customer support. I come here for most of my shopping needs and it's good to know they offer a wide selection of items.

Everyone is nice and good customer service still exists at Kroger (unlike many other businesses and restaurants post COVID). Daffiene especially stands out with her wonderful attitude and excellent customer service. She was a delight even with a fairly full cart right at closing time when some employees are over it. Thank you so much Daffiene for your great service after a long hard day!??

Usually I have an okay experience at this Kroger, however today not so much. I'm not going to get into extreme detail but I will say this. Please send Miss Veronica who was working produce today, back to customer service training class immediately, or put her in the back where she won't have to interact with customers at all. She's extremely rude, and the only reason I didn't respond the way I wanted to was because regardless of her rudeness she's still an elder and I'm old school when it comes to going off on elders..

Dumpster Kroger #2, no signs saying restroom sinks have no water to wash your hands, make sure you lather up and tell management, whom could care less or offer another area to wash all the soap off your hands. I went there to fill up my gas and grab some lunch but did neither after telling management about the water then realized no one there had washed their hands after using the toilet. Saw same manager I told about issue using restroom just before. Beware!

Unfortunately, every Kroger I've gone in is dark, dingy, and cluttered. I only go in a Kroger if it's my only choice at the time. Do better Kroger. Clean and brighten your stores. It's ridiculous.

Kroger is good for most any grocery purchase. Store is clean and well stocked. I shop at several Krogers so I'm not sure which one I'm being asked to review but for every one I shop at this info is true.

I come here weekly but their shelves are not well stocked especially when there is a sale on popular items. And they no longer offer rain checks. I am assuming they are short staffed and doing the best they can. I go because of their coupons that I use on a regular basis and saves me money.
