I’ve never been disrespected and ignored like this in my life. Me along with other individuals arrived 6 minutes before the store closed and had the door rudely slammed on us by this individual. He was so rude about it, I was embarrassed. If this is Kroger standard of an employee I’ll never shop here again. No one should ever be treated like this. I’m sorry I get off work late but I made it 5 minutes before you closed. I should never walk away from a business feeling unwanted. Please use caution when shopping here. I’ve had multiple red flags I should have paid attention to .. like the time I was almost finished with my online pick up order and got a WARNING message at check out that the products I was purchasing were known to cause cancer, come to find out it was all of their food products. I hadn’t shopped here in a while but recently (Monday) was going to Ingles but their registers were down … against my better judgment I went to Kroger . Everything was fine until I went to use the ketchup today and thought to myself that color looked a little too dark . Check the expiration date .. this stuff expired in February certainly my last straw and I don’t see myself going back to this or any Kroger ever . Please pay attention to the stuff you pick up off the shelf

I moved to this area and have been shopping at this location lately. It's horrible! On many occasions the meat I've purchased is bad quality not like other Krogers. But last night topped it off with the ghetto loud workers in the store constantly complaining about customers. If you don't want to put carts up QUIT! Nobody cares or wants to hear your yack mouth while they are shopping. It's rude and who wants to shop at a place like that.

The 1 star is just for the experience overall, shopping there isn’t horrible but the management is (excluding Daniel). I’m a 20 year old who’s been seeking employment and have applied there several times within the past couple months. I understand they’re not obligated to give me a job, but they don’t even want to give out the opportunity. I’ve applied several times with open availability and previous work experience. Every time I try to check on the status, they tell me to go to Theresa who I can never catch. When I finally did, she interrupted my question to say “no, you have to apply online”. I proceeded to correct her to let her know ( had she let me finish), I had already applied on paper and online and was told to speak to her and she just said “I’ll check on it” before walking away; and of course I haven’t heard anything still, which it was very evident she wasn’t going to actually check. Daniel is the only manager who’s actually tried to help. It’d be different if they gave me an interview and decided I wasn’t fit for whoever role, but they don’t even want to give the opportunity for any follow up let alone actual interview. Either that or they only hire “certain people”.

This place is getting horrible. I was in the line for a long time, and it was only one cashier opened. The Cashier said that she was closed after the men in front of me., I called the manager and I asked her if she can open another cashier because it was not fair to me making line and them she was closing. The manager told me to go to self service, I told her that I have surgery and I don't want to be bothered package., she said that she will help me out. I went there and she told me that she was going to be there , but I need to scammed and package because that's self service. I got very upset and I told her if I need to do everything with my surgery I will leave everything and go home., manager says to go back and make line otherwise I can go home. I went back to make line and the cashier was telling the manager to help her because she needs to go to the bathroom. The manager didn't help the cashier at all. I got upset and told the manager, not because she is the manager don't make her better than the other cashier lady. I told her that I was going to call the corporate office and was going to do a big complaint, and if I have to call the Department of labor or Business beaurau, I would do it, because if the cashier needs to go to the bathroom, why hold everything because she didn't help her. I am writing this here, but because I am a Social Science Researcher, I will definitely call the upper management because if I don't say anything, the abuse will continue. The nice lady at the cashier took care of me, and went to the bathroom. What your company doing it is not fair, because no human being should go through this if need to go to the bathroom. I will prefer to go Whole Foods at midtown instead go back to your supermarket.

We got exactly what we needed at this Kroger. Although we just came here for small things I can tell that this would be a great place for big grocery hauls, the prices were excellent.

I've been coming here for the past 2 years now and every time I come in, Zuri who works in self checkout is always friendly and always most helpful. He makes self checkout a breeze with its nothing that sometimes. Thanks Zuri for being an exceptional worker. People appreciate your kindness and quirk ethic, I am people.
