If I could give 0 starts I would. First off they were late then when they showed up 1 mover came to my door didn’t introduce himself and did not let me know he was from the company. The only reason I knew he was from the company was by his sweatshirt. He was just like I’m here to move your stuff and then just walked into my house and I was like what the heck. So rude then he walked through my apartment and into my room and was like so what stuff is going to storage and I’m like sir nothing is going to storage it’s all going to my house like who told you I had things going to storage. So rude. Then when I went to
my car for something that’s when I seen the other 2 movers and I asked them are they the other movers and they said yes and I’m like oh you guys didn’t come to my door to introduce yourselves. It’s a respect issue with me because if your coming into my house no matter if I’m moving or not you still need to respect me and introduce yourself especially if your here on business. Then when I was telling the movers what to move they got upset and I’m like ? isn’t that how it’s supposed to go. The company’s excuse was they are used to just coming into peoples homes and moving stuff and I’m like well that’s them and this is me you guys will move what I tell you guys to move because everything wasn’t going on your truck. I just had the worse experience. Then I’m still waiting for my refund that is supposed to be coming through Zelle like how long does it take for a zelle transfer to take. Jsit seem like scammers to me and very unprofessional to me. Very unprofessional company and it’s a bunch of young workers and I’m young as well and it gives us a bad name for those who have common sense!!!

It was a little touch and go with the communication at first. However, we got back on track and scheduling for my move was absolutely perfect. The movers arrived within an hour of the scheduled time.The movers, Jaye and Dominique were wonderful young men. Polite, smart, and hard-working. I would use Jay's moving again.

SCAMMERS …If I could rate lower I would. These scammers moved me end of March 2023. I was originally told $450 and that the movers would arrive between 1245 and 345 which is extremely too long of a window to wait around. Jay the owner and the lady that’s dispatching and sending out price quotes, are both very unprofessional and disrespectful. After paying my deposit of $150 I was told the remaining balance had to be paid before they start unloading. I reached out to the owner to make payment and this is when the scamming starts. Upon arrival at drop off, my items were held hostage until I paid the remaining $300 AND an additional $133 for time I had not requested nor needed. My move was scheduled to be done by 4:20 and was completed on time. After being informed by the actual mover that I had to call to inform them that they were done, I was told because I called at 4:25 to let them know the job was done. I was told by the lady I could not have the $133 back because I called 5 minutes after the three hour mark. The movers tried to call their boss to let them know that they were done at 4:20 PM that day. The owner still refused to refund me the $133 that they demanded I pay even with there movers confirming the move was completed on time. I am definitely seeking legal counsel because the experience was outrageous. Also there is a lot of false advertising by this company such as insurance and the items they do not move. Please save yourself the stress and run not walk away from these people and if u already paid the deposit ensure you actually sign the contract because I never signed nor seen the physical copy on the move date that was advertised brought to the home before any work is done. BEWARE

They never answer the phone when you call no matter what time you call, nor do they respond to voicemails. I have been calling for 2 days with no response back and I am a older client. Still no return call! Very unprofessional. I decided to go with a different moving company because I felt so uncomfortable with the presentation from the meeting at jay taking my 150.00 deposit less than 24 hours ago which I am trying to get a refund for. And again. No response! Buyers beware!

Jay and his partner did an amazing job. They came through and assisted my father and I. They were so sweet and mannerable! I would recommend them to family and friends and I'll definitely be using them again!

I hired this company because it was recommended by a friend of mine that was supposedly Jay's friend as well. Jay showed up 3 hours late with a rented truck with his pregnant wife to do my moving from Kennesaw, GA to Clearwater, FL. They end up taking 2 1/2 days to arrive at my new place and requested $500 in cash from me at the spot before unloading my stuff from the truck. I should had called the cops but felt sorry for the pregnant woman in front of me. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone!

CJ responded and provided services in same day. He was professional, polite and kept in touch regarding his arrival time. I needed a heavy piece of furniture moved up a very narrow set of stairs. He and his associate were careful and patient in moving it to just the right spot. I will use them again.

Don't trust him at all. He will put you in a jam. I confirm the night before with him, he never showed up and I couldn't get hold of him the next morning.

These guys showed up an hour late, one of the three workers reeked of alcohol not to mention moving slow sweating like pigs, they damaged my dryer, dinning table and another new table I bought a few days before my move. Jay, the so called owner claimed he would fix or pay for all the things they damaged but when I tried to reach out to him (Jay) he didn't answer or return my call, I will be taking him to small claims court. I had to give it one star to post, zero stars.....

Jays movers is very unreliable i called early in the day and had a scheduled appointment for 4pm and he never showed up,bad business for his company. I was very upset that he didnt show after several attempts of calling.
