I have to say this is one of the greatest services I've ever encountered! From José @ Bernal’s Towing Service. Towing my RV that lost one of its tires and rim while driving on I-75. HE WAS AMAZING with balancing my vehicle and getting it on the tow truck with only 3 tires! NO OTHER DAMAGE was done to my RV from towing! TOTAL PROFESSIONAL!! You can rely on his many years of experience. I am grateful he was on call that morning.Their professionalism and skills were top notch as well @ J&T Auto & Truck Service!Tino, their mechanic had me on the road after I had all the parts delivered to the shop the same day. What a stressful day due to my traveling and time frame.Miss Gloria was amazing helping me find all the parts while on 2 different phones and her computer. WOW! Again, time was of the essence! EVERYONE going above and beyond her responsibility. I can’t thank them enough. I am new here to Georgia and for my family it is very important to find an auto shop with honest people. There are just so many places that want you to fix things that aren’t necessary or the charge ridiculous prices. These people here are HONEST people who know what is wrong. The work they do is excellent and I’m glad I found my auto shop for the duration of my stay in Georgia. If you want a place you can trust with your car, come here I promise you will be satisfied.
