“I won't lie, I've avoided T-mobile stores because i wasn't a fan of the customer service during the merge. (Former Sprint customer). I HAD to visit the store because my phone screen went out and my replacement was sent to the store for pickup and exchange. It was the best experience. Lexx took care of me quickly, recovered what could be recovered without access to the screen, service was fast, friendly, seamless. AND I left with an Onyx studio upgrade. ??”
“I went in store today at about 10:30AM to exchange my modem. I walked in to a scene with a customer being unreasonable with a store employee. Shantia (I apologize if I misspelled) was so kind, courteous and patient with the customer who was asking for something well outside of her job description- the lady had an issue with her Apple ID. The customer was rude, and disrespectful but Shantia continued to offer her help with what she could despite her demeanour. Another customer was causing an issue over the people with appointments being served ahead of him- he was a walk in. The employees at this location are generally always very accommodating and do their best, and I was disappointed to see folks treat them so badly.”
“Susie gave me some of the most kind, thoughtful, engaging, and just downright phenomenonal customer service I ever received. I came in to deal with a mistake another employee made and she handled everything with so much care and grace and took care of me like I was someone in her family. She definitely needs a promotion or raise!!! Couldn't have asked for a better employee to help me with my phone!! If you're going in for a new phone or anything please ask for Susie ?”
