I used to come here on Sundays to get a plate from the deli, and grab what ever else I needed, milk, etc. Then they started making you pay for the plate immediately right there at the deli, regardless of whether you had to get something else afterwards. You either have to go through a checkout twice, or try to checkout everything else you've got there at a counter that's not designed for it. That was a dealbreaker for me. Never mind most of the deli workers tend to be lazy and/or extremely SLOW! Their prices are already ridiculously high (I shop at Food Depot now), and after this, I'm done with this Ingles for good.

This ingles is a minute from my home, but the cashiers here are so rude and unpleasant that I will ride right past and make my way to Kroger from now on. I've been in at least 2 times where the cashier didn't say one word to me the entire transaction, I mean they didn't part their lips to say hello or even tell me my total...really?! Oh and on top of that, the produce here spoils the moment you leave the store. Don't waste your time or money.

10 out of 10, WOULD RECOMMEND! This morning my sister and I decided to stop by inglés for the first time. We always see this store, always ride pass, but because we didn't grow up shopping at this store, it never crossed out minds. We'd always end up shopping at other places. However, this mornings visit just changed out mind chile! I was pleasantly pleased. We're actually going back later to view the rest of the store because we had to leave abruptly. Anyway, they have a cute little corner cafe, a salad bar, chicken wings, chicken tenders with so many different flavors. They have a section that makes fresh peanut butter!!' Fresh baked muffins, donuts, cookies, so many goodies . I definitely grabbed three donuts to try. A lemon filled, a raspberry filled and a brown sugar ugly donut. That's literally what it's called lol. I'm honestly way too excited about this store.

I've shopped at Ingles off and on over the years. (Though my favorite store overall is Kroger) I'll make this review short and sweet. PROS - Every time I've been to Ingles, its typically very clean, the staff is always nice, and everything is neat, tidy and in its place, along with well stocked shelves. Sounds kind of perfect. CONS - so what could be the con for this perfect store? *PRICE* Ever notice that some stores, such as Ingles, Target, and others just dont ever seem to have that many customers in the store... with such perfection, why so few customers (comparatively)? Well, mainly because people dont want to pay 2-3 times as much for the same item. For example - I like Progresso Soups, and in every other store a can ranges from $1.50 - $1.79 but Ingles sells the same item for $2.78 If they were to lower their pricing, with all that perfection, they would easily fill their stores to capacity. :)

While this is my closest grocery store near me, it is expensive. There were times when the deli people were just plain rude and not even there. The bakery also does not have any during the day. Sometimes, the ingles member card does not work. At least they are still hiring people and has contactless pick up.

This use to be my family's favorite place to get groceries. It's a clean, organized well stocked store. It's sad how 1 rude female employee from the Deli department can change your outlook on the entire store. We left but should of gotten her name and blasted her here on Yelp.

I don't even want to give them 1 star! I'm never giving a dime of my money to the Ingles on Walt Stephens ever again! Went to return a defective spray bottle of sunscreen. Customer service girl would let me exchange it but not get my money back on it because they aren't doing refunds because of Coronavirus. (What sense does that make)? Yesterday, it was the only bottle on the shelf. Guess I'll stick to Walmart for groceries and fuel. They have better prices anyways!

Horrible experience. I forgot my ingles card and the cashier wouldnt give me a courtesy card. That will be last time I buy anything out of that store.

I have purchased expired food from this store on multiple occasions. They really have a problem with checking and removed old stock from their shelves. Always look at the expiration date before you buy!

If I could rate the guacamole only, I would give this place 5 stars. They make fresh guacamole in the store on the weekends and it is delicious--in fact, the best guacamole I ever had, better than the Mexican restaurants. Unfortunately, I have to give this store 4 stars because I had gotten a fried chicken meal and the fried chicken was awful. I believe the oil was old and needed replacement or just a bad, cheap oil that was used. The rest of the meal was mediocre, too. The salad bar is mostly fresh but can be pricey. The store is clean and bright and is well-stocked. It is never crowded on the weekdays so I go there if I need to pick up something quick on the way home, or if I make a special trip to pick up guacamole on the weekend. They also offer unique products that I do not see at some of the other grocery stores. I appreciate that they unload your cart for check out. I have yet to buy any of their fresh meats because I get my meats from Publix and Kroger, so I can not comment on their meats.

I stoped here yesterday with my daughter to pick up something for dinner. When I got home two of my items were spoiled, one was the Lara Lynn tea, the date was almost 2 months expired. The second was ranch dressing that smelled horrible, I had poured it on my salad from the salad bar, it care out in chunks, So I couldn't even eat my dinner. I don't understand how you charge such high prices and give such low quality customer service.
