I'm giving it a four star because they had loud live music playing pretty much the whole time during my stay and they start playing it early in the morning as early as 8 am! The music woke me up and to top it all off the music is awful and sounds depressing lol. Other than that it was an ok place for the price.

Walkability: Very close to what you need.
Food and drinks: Breakfast in the was more than I expected and very tasty.
