“The young man that works the Customer Service desk/register is an excellent representative of your store. He is personable, always greets the customer with kind words and a smile and today, he presented a new idea I felt puts him above the rest. I purchased a few of the artificial flowers, after my purchase he wrapped the flowers as if I purchased a bouquet of real flowers from a flower shop. He tied the bouquet with one of the bags to secure the bundle. A GREAT IDEA. The flowers were not shoved in a bag risking damage. Thank you for hiring him!!!!!”

“Anything you need is there. Staff very friendly.Went today to find yarn to finish my bucket hat that I'm making. Found it and several other things. Was asked if I wanted to use self check out, I said no Thank you so the young lady ran my items for me. I soooo hate self check out.”
“Glenn, Dante and are great. Many specialty shops will look down their noses at newcomers but the guys here made me feel welcome. The shop looks small from the outside but it’s packed full of inventory.The RC selection especially is vast and often better than larger hobby shops. I have one tip… Dante and Glenn know what they’re talking about, if I had listened to their advice I would have saved a lot of money.If you ever have an issue with something purchased here they will go the extra mile to help.It’s important to support awesome local shops. lf not they’ll be gone for good.”
