My daughter was brought here and whe. I arrived i was asked multiple questions a.d asking for payment method when i made it to the back before anyome acknowledged me and told me what was wrong with my daughter. The lady came back 2 more times telling me what i need to pay and i still have not been told with my daughter. I refuse to pay anything and I voiced my opinion 2 two people and after an hour i still have not spoke with a doctor. Its 2:15am as of me writing this. No empathy or respect for the people.

When I read other comments on this ER, I was very hesitant to come here. I'm 5min away but I was prepared to go to somewhere farther. I decided to go away to get my knee examined. I arrived today around 11am. It was bust. But the staff was friendly and attentive and quick. I was there for 3.5 hrs (which is average wait time). However I went here the night before around 11pm, before I walked in, this guy walks out and warns me people in there was complaining of a 6hr wait. So I left. Maybe the personnel is different per shift. Idk.

My mom died here a month ago today, was brought by EMS I'm new to the area so I wasn't aware of how bad this hospital was. Because she was brought by EMS she did go back right away, however the care in the ER wasn't great. We got there about 11am and finally she was moved upstairs around 9pm. My mom spent a week at this hospital and you can tell they are understaffed in a lot of positions. She had a mix of nurses most were really good , the technicians were great some more caring then the nurses. If I have a medical emergency I will not be going there. I could say a whole lot more, but why bother?? Look at the comments they are all the same. Hire more staff, clean up the dingy hospital and maybe the employees won't be so bitter.

If you want to die go here! It will be a painful death though, my mom necrotizing fasciitis and was in the waiting room for over 10 hours.Jace let security know she was being out of control or you know just dying in pain if you would have helped her instead of notifying security maybe she would have lived. Every second counts with this sickness. You should be ashamed of yourselves all of you. My mom died my kids lost their grandmother and she suffered I mean really suffered. After a botched surgery that they did to cover up the fact they messed up she died. None of the people that put off her pain really don't need any kind of job you need to be in prison. Jace I hope you read this and know every night I pray you have a s*** time in life.

I think the staff does the best it can under the circumstances. I blame Gov. Kemp for allowing AMC to close, & I blame Conservatives who voted for this clown. He shouldn't have won & it's shame that he did. I also blame everyone who voted for him for what we're seeing at Piedmont Henry & other overcrowded ERs in GA. If Kemp had accepted Medicaid expansion it's very likely AMC would not have closed. He could still accept it if he wanted to but, poor white lives don't matter to him just like black lives don't. The very people who voted for him may likely die waiting at Piedmont Henry. People, inform yourself before you throw your support behind these politicians, particularly Republicans. Anyway, my experience was horrible. For a hospital to have a waiting room outside speaks volumes. I stayed for awhile & left after 4 hours. This is ridiculous. Get rid of the Republicans in the state house because if you don't, what you see at Piedmont Henry & other ERs in Georgia will become the norm & people will die senselessly. Don't worry about the Covid vaccine killing you, you'll end up dying waiting in a ER. That's your population control right there.

Learned my lesson. Won't ever be coming back to this ER, even if I was dying. Poorly operated. Extremely long wait time. I'm here for something that is potentially life threatening.

I came here with my spouse at 1pm with her experiencing extremely bad abdominal pains... it's 7:49pm and we still haven't been seen...DO BETTER!!

If I could give -10 stars I would. I came to this hospital through EMS because I had been at home vomiting for over 3 hours nonstop. I couldn't move or breath and I was on the toilet at the same time. Not to mention my history of seizures, I was treated like crap. I came in the hospital barely clothed and with sepsis. They did more for me in the ambulance than the actual hospital. They didn't even give me fluids or a dose of my seizure medication after being there for over 12 hours with no care. Oh and did I tell you I was in a wheelchair with an oxygen tank because I had low blood pressure and low oxygen. Oh don't even get me started on how they tried to say that they called my name and I didn't respond, but was in the waiting room the whole time. Oh and I had to call to remind them that I was still there lol

Came to the E.R. this morning to be treated from car accident, from the moment I entered the building Im proud to say top notch care was given with almost no wait time! What stood out the most was how professional and nice the nurse was (Wayne) the x-ray tech was very kind and super professional also.. I will definitely choose the hospital over all in this area...

I had a great experience with labor and delivery. Everyone I had the liberty of meeting was so nice and informative (new mom). I'm so happy thatI came here and I will be recommending for my friends and family to come here as well. Thank you so much for making such a life changing experience, amazing

I took my father in for severe nausea and chest pain. We got here at 5pm, it's now just after midnight. The person that drew blood stated a secondary blood draw would be needed in 2 hours. 4 hours later I asked and the idiot behind the desk said that the first lady has already gone home. If I'm dying don't bring me here. Ridiculous, uncaring, ignorant. Really not sure about what else to say about how bad it is here.
