Headed to pick up my son's vehicle from his last overseas duty station in Atlanta and stopped here for the night. My truck and trailer were stolen from the parking lot this morning at 1245am. Receptionist in the morning was not helpful and said they can't get the footage until later when the manager was there. She was basically nonchalant about it and really didn't care. There is only one way in and out and parked under the light and camera. Finally got the footage and it was like it was planned as an inside job. The man beelined straight to the truck broke in and took off like he was watching and new what he was doing. Filed a police report and ended up having to rent a truck and trailer to get the car back. Frustrating and not the greatest welcome back home to the USA gift, but at least everyone is safe at home now. Note: she did mention vehicles do get stolen from their parking lot.

I’d give this place ten stars if I could. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast. The pool is clean and wonderful. The property is well maintained. Very safe. I will be staying there again when I’m in Stockbridge.

Stayed here so I could be close to Piedmont Henry hospital when my mother was there. The front desk associate, Akeiba was extremely friendly and helpful if we needed anything. The free breakfast was very good, the room was clean and comfortable . The parking was ample and the Chic fi la was right next door.Rooms: Clean and comfortable

Great stay HOWEVER the pet fee is outrageous. 75.00. No more Hampton stays for us. I was told the fee went into effect Jan 1, 2023. I have stayed at many Hamptons this yrar was never charged that, it was always 25.00. There is nothing on the site about the pet fee amount. I am still a bit upset.

We stayed for one night on our way across the Southern states, and this hotel is in a great location. Our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable but (especially for a Hilton brand!) definitely could use a makeover. That said, for our last-minute reservation, proximity to the highway and the very reasonable price I wasn’t expecting an actual Hilton. The service though…I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone with a disability who travels with a service dog. I do. My dog is trained, wears a tag with emergency information…and just as I do with air travel, I carry documentation from my doctor about my (not visible) disability and use of a service dog. When my husband and I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee, the staff member who was cleaning in there snapped “you can’t bring your dog in here! No dogs allowed in the breakfast area!” Even after I explained he was a service dog she was totally rude, said it didn’t matter, that no dogs are allowed and that’s what she was told by her manager. I asked if he was there and she shrugged and walked away! So I went to the desk and spoke with the lady there. She confirmed the manager told them no dogs were allowed and he wasn’t in until 9:00. I pulled out my documentation but she wasn’t interested in looking at it. So I told her we were going to sit down and have coffee- and she could leave a note for the manager and he could feel free to contact me. After we sat down the lady called out that my dog was really well-behaved…and then she asked if people could pet him! I said no, but I was so done explaining things by then I couldn’t wait to leave. So I personally wouldn’t stay there again because of the way I was treated. But for the sake of other travelers with service dogs, I’d strongly recommend ADA training for the staff at this hotel.

Only one woman working on 10/7/23. She had to clean rooms herself to get them ready for check in at 11pm. We booked 2 queens but were given a king and fold out couch. Very uncomfortable. We stayed in a room 2 doors down from side entrance. That door was never locked for key entry, it just opened. Outdated rooms. The ceiling above the tub was old and looked like it has bad water damage. The breakfast was below par for a normal Hilton stay. I was very disappointed as I am a Hilton member.

Be sure to please check your sheets. I had to ask for new sheets to make my bed over after checking in because there were hairs on the newly made bed. The bathroom was clean and overall a cool stay for the one night I was in town. 5 days after checkout deposit still not released.Food & drinks: Near a Chic Fil A

The Atlanta Hampton Inn at Stockbridge may have not received all of the newest updates but it is a VERY solid location. It’s clean, well maintained and the front desk went out of their way to still get me a room when their systems were down. You are very close to a bunch of different food options and you are within reasonable range of the airport without being in an “airport hotel” and everything that comes along with it.
