I agree with Ethans review there is a guy there who is lazy and rude older guy with salt pepper beard about 5'7-59 .not helpful,rude and lazy .He has 1 job and doesn't want to do that .he yells no the cart can't go outside ..me who shops at kroger have seen a younger guy with brown hair help people in the parking spaces right across from the door with donations and the cart.Then he barks " you have to go to the side we dont accept no donations at the at the front door." I said but how would I know that you don't have any sign that say donations at the side entrance accepted.Needless to say I left ...

This location has been here for years and it is SO convenient to not have to drive to the actual stores. It's at the corner of the Kroger center. You drive up like the normal donation centers and they come out with a cart to pick up your goods. I was just happy they were still there so I don't have to get on the highway!!

Dude that works here will turn away donations because he is too lazy to sort it even when offering to unload it all yourself.

I had stopped donating to good will because of multiple bad experiences with the Hiram/Dallas drop off location.This center however was exceptional. The attendant was helpful and appreciative of the donation.

They are great people there they really do good for a good cause the help a lot of people wear their money that they make from their donations I pledge to support them highly and hope you all will too they always Count Their Blessings as you bless them with your donations I believe all your donations will come back to you 10 Folds
