This is the worst store ever. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The manager is no better. I only gave a one star due to location but I will drive to the Atlanta location if I have too.

This location is always got clerks trying to find away to get into your sealed and labeled boxes. Typically asking that in front of other unknown customers and putting customers at the desk in vulnerable positions.If they scanned the insured prepaid box a lot questions could be answered.They inquire what’s in the box, you give the brief description and still they are objectionable and wanting to probe the contents. Just being extra for no reason and nosy. Like who wants to tell minimum wage workers and the whole store they are shipping $10K jewelry, so the box and it’s contents can disappear, or worse making your safety compromised. I took the same box to another location and they took the box —- not even a question asked and it’s heading to the destination.

I dropped off a package around 10am for overnight delivery. It wasn't delivered until 2 days later. Probably not the stores fault, but it's something to keep in mind.
