Very clean ,They don’t have you waiting but it was this one nurse she very rude and shady I wasn’t comfortable at all I wouldn’t never go back after that no matter what you have to always keep it professional and make the patient comfortable .

I was a patient of Dr. Bruce Wood for 15+ years. After he retired Emory has been awful. I tried to schedule an appointment for a medication refill that I have been taking for 7 years, and the first available appointment wasn’t until 3 months from now!! I was on the phone for over 15 minutes on hold. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give negative stars I would!! I called to schedule an appointment ahead of time, they transferred me to this office to confirm. They specifically told me this office took my insurance and when I got up there after arranging a baby sitter for my infant baby they told me they couldn’t take me because of my insurance. I then offered to self pay and they stated they couldn’t take me because they aren’t taking new patients. I then told them I am in the Emory System and am not a new patient and they still could not take me, they were so uncaring and not helpful DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !

I want to thank my heavenly father for allowing my doctor to be great person. For listening thoroughly and by that she saved my life. Years of agony and pain, personal friends & family not knowing how I constantly go to bed not knowing my fate. Changing my eating habits to more natural fruits and vegetables and still yet did not know that after going to a allergy doctor asking them to test me with everything I would still be sick. Being new to this even getting a 3rd opinion may not help unless you ask the rightDoctors the right questions. I begging for milk allergy shot.I was told i didn't need it, I wasn't allergic.Yet my Emory doctor have given me a test with everything that she knew from my symptoms. I'm happy to know my allergies I'm happy to eat the foods that I can eat without symptoms affecting my everyday well-being. Now it's time to live again I can finally have money that will not go to pharmacist every day. I am able to save my money and live like a young lady supposed to live and work.

Advised the PA that my mother's rheumatologist asked that additional labs be drawn when she ordered bloodwork. She stated that it would not be a problem. The additional bloodwork needed was information that THIS office would need as well to better care for my mother so it could be ordered under the PAs name and I could just send the rheumatologist the results. Either she forgot to add it OR the MA did. Called to get my mother back in for these test to ran and got the absolute run around. Absolutely no help or concern what so ever. Not even sure if the PA was made aware of the issue. Very frustrating.

Wow. I am very pleased with the team here. No wait at all. The front desk associate was extremely nice. The nurse that did my intake was awesome. She truly cared about my comfort and did an excellent job. Very thorough and kind. The nurse that did my blood work went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct and did a fantastic job drawing blood. Very quick and painless. PA Surdick is fantastic. She really took the time to gather all information and give me advice on how to prepare for my upcoming surgery. It has been many years since I have been to a medical practice that truly cares. I highly recommend them!

Dr Ricard was my doctor,never never again. She was cold, talked at me,and gave me the worst pap in my life.
Support staff was excellent,but I go to the doctor for the doctor.

I have tried many practices in the Stockbridge area and am very pleased with Emory Clinic. The level of care and customer service is top notch!
