I've always driven 45 min to get my truck cleaned here. Lately, the quality of the interior cleaning is poor, to say the least.

Beware: They did $10,000 damage to our car. I have given the owner a chance to fix the issue. They refuse to accept responsibly. The story: On August 9, 2024, My wife's car needed Oil Changed. We were right in the middle of moving out of the area. I was getting the car washed there so I asked the service tech if he was trained and had the material to service my wife's Benz. All service has been done by dealer for past 5 years. I have all service records. I did my due diligence in advance with them attempting to confirm their abilities because I do not like surprises. They admit that a Benz needs higher level of training because they charged 3 times more money. $170.00 for oil change. Then the problems began. They told me the oil pan was cracked when they tried to tighten the oil plug. (If the crack was pre-existing at the plug, why would they drain the oil). They documented it on the receipt it was crack but told me that it was pre-existing (they claim it was cracked before I drove up), thus I had nothing to worry about. The service tech drove it out, ran it through the car wash and I was on my way, never warning not to drive it. The car had just been drive 5,000 miles in last 6 months without needing to add oil. BUT WITHIN 61 MILES, THE CAR BLEW AN ENGINE. * After consulting with a Benz Mechanic, (see photos attached) I approached the owner Dat (sp) and his wife and Liam the service tech. They only deny, deny, deny. No discussion. The service tech admitted twice they never use a torque wrench on aluminum pans. The owner confirmed they do not use torque wrenches. Using torque wrenches is a protocol which prevents the destruction of over tightening the aluminum oil pan. After the fact: What I know now, I drove a car into their facility to have the car serviced and by the time they finished, it needed to be towed to a repair shop. They never advised to not drive the car and the crack was pre-existing. If I had known they cracked the oil pan and it was NOT preexisting, I would never have driven it away. How do I know they cracked it? First their was no oil in our driveway, plus we have never had to add oil between oil changes... It only had 87,000 miles on engine that is good for 200k miles. And because the oil pan damage was so bad, I would never have been able to drive it to their location sense we now live 75 miles away. The engine blew right before we got back to our new home. I now know after the fact, it was leaking a quart of oil about every 12 miles. But instead of discussing this, the owner just wants to attack my character and laugh at my claim. It is now documented.

You literally will never know what you are going to get here. The owners are always changing. Myself as well as my husband came in for detail. Now this wasn’t the first time we ever been and normally the automatic wash is fine. This particular date 8/11/24 we go and the technician is guiding me through the wash. I hear scrapping and punctures and he still tell me to proceed. After exit and pull over to inside out detailing they inform me my tire was flat. I go into the office the manager says the owner needs to address the issue and won’t be back til Wednesday. I called several times and my husband contacted them in facebook messenger. The owner was so disrespectful to my husband telling him the tires didn’t get flat in his car wash he is an engineer and a car expert etc. long story short the manager had poor customer services didn’t want to hear anything and now this matter has been taken further. God for bid but if ever anything goes wrong here. They will not address the issue. Please stay away from this shop. I posted the conversation the owner had with my husband and the tire damage from the washer. Update and clearly they can see how your attitude does not reflect good customer service. #1 and #2 tires change not rims!!!!!!! This rim damage was done on your rotator. Taken advantage of? lol for what? I had 2 tires that were damaged that day both on the same side as where I entered your conveyor. If I was trying to take advantage I could tell u to take care of both of my tires. The one that was all the way flat and the one that’s ripped on the side. Ive been supporting this business since I’ve been living in Henry county maybe not every week or weekend but I’ve been to the establishment on multiple occasions. This is the first situation at the car wash I’ve ever experienced if I wanted to take advantage I would assume I would have done it way before now so u definitely lost your credibility on that remark!!!! The tire and rim was scrapped and damaged in your automatic washer due to poor judgement on your technician’s. He guided me and was not accurate in his guidance for me I literally heard the puncture and scrapping and told him and he still told me to continue. If there were curb damage or whatever u claim THE TIRE STILL WAS PUNCTURED 2 not 1 actually IN YOUR WASHER!!!!!!! I didn’t drive to your facility with a rim flat tire. When I pulled out of your automatic wash YOUR EMPLOYEES INFORMED ME MY TIRE WAS FLAT. Your employees felt terrible and fixed my tire and also said it had happened to others before!!!!! If this is not the case and you feel I’m lying show proof of my car being flat on arrival!!!! If you can’t “SILENCE PLEASE AND THX”!!!! and I would think that the “owner would acknowledge or at least take a phone call instead of battling on social media. Where is the professionalism??? The day it happened I tried to address the issue and you avoided me then and still today. You only respond here!!! The tire is paid I took care of it. It’s a tire not a transmission, not an engine. It’s not thousands of dollars there is no reason to take advantage it’s petty. It it’s the lack of respect for someone who supports your business. The lack of concern which alarms me and makes me want to address you!!!

I travel from Stone Mountain to have my truck cleaned here. The staff is nice and welcoming. When they are done my truck looks amazing!
However, I notice that later in the day they are not apt to open your tailgate, hence, not vacuuming it. This happened Saturday. But once I opened it, they went straight to it.

I take my car here once a month for a clean up and vacuum. They consistently do a good job. I think the automatic car wash could stand to be upgraded, but my car looks good when they are done. They have nice lounge with recliners inside and sell snacks, beverages, custom front plates and air fresheners on sight. Additionally there is a Valvoline oil change shop here as well.

I've been going to this place for over ten years with three different cars for oil changes and emissions testing (and washes), but I'm done. Just a bunch of upsell artists and scammers. Guy said he was going to charge me fifty bucks to use a "special tool" to remove my oil plug. What, a wrench?! No thanks. Said the last place I went to messed it up. YOU were the last place I went to. Looked at old receipts and discovered that they change your licence plate number around when they enter your car into their system so it always LOOKS like it's your first visit. He also tried to convince me that the Valvoline Express Care sticker from my last oil change wasn't theirs. A simple Google search shows that they're the only Valvoline Express Care licensed oil change in Stockbridge. Too bad too, because he said he'd only been there for a few months but I've had a casual relationship with the nice lady who owns the place for a decade. I left her my phone number so we could talk it over, but I guess she doesn't care to have my business anymore. I'd suggest taking your car anywhere else. But if you do go there, mark my words; within the first ten minutes of going inside to sit in the cushy chairs and wait, someone will come find you and try ANYTHING to squeeze some extra dollars out of you for their ALREADY overpriced service. When that happens, remember I told you it was going to happen. I've finally figured out that this business doesn't deserve my loyalty. Don't make my same mistake. Take note of these other negative reviews. ALSO take note of how there are NO replies from the business. They can't refute it when it's a fact. Don't support scammers and save yourself a headache.
