The pharmacy manager has horrible customer service . He doesn’t know what he is doing and is very horrible at his job . I will not come back to this location , Do better at picking employees… they don’t want to do their job .

I am pregnant and keep calling to see if they have a prescription they confirmed with my doctors appointment and the rude lady answers and tells me they do not have my prescription everytime.

We got there 15 minutes to close for a pharmacy pickup. We were never acknowledged or greeted. We waited 10 minutes before we were finally asked name and date of birth. No hello or apology for the wait. There was not a "someone will be with you shortly ". I should of had the prescription go to the other location in Eagles Landing, but I intend on changing it this weekend. The entire reason we went is because my husband received a text that his medication was ready and they said they didn't have one for him. Just a waste of time and the entire staff needs to be replaced.

Henry Blvd location! ? Lack of follow-up & communication after I waited for over a week for a med that I needed after surgery. Staff are not friendly and are always short staffed. I canceled my "Extra" membership and transferred my ALL my family's prescriptions to a non-CVS pharmacy. (Well requested & they told my new pharmacy "they'll get around to it").

Horrible establishment drive thru hours aren’t consistent. Staff are slow and disorganized. It’s taken 3 tries to get my prescription from here. Still have nothing

The women in the pharmacy were mean and unpleasant. One of the women hung up the phone on me when I tried to explain that I was not using insurance and I was going to pay for the medicine myself. I was asking questions and she got annoyed and hung up. When I went into the store, another lady was somewhat more helpful but the one who hung up on me stayed behind the counter. This is the 2nd CVS in the area where tthe pharmacy staff has a horrible attitude and the customer service sucks.

Came in to get an updated passport photo and they met my needs. The two passport photos cost over $16 with tax.

Had an issue with another CVS came her NO PROBLEM at all … Hein at pharmacy was super nice called the other CVS so they could release my information… pharmacist CJ was super nice relaxed me, I have very small arms I did not feel no shot going into my arm..how he massaged my arm before the shot so it would not hurt was perfect!!! Also as I walked around cashier was so friendly with a smile.

For the third time in three months, I have tried to use coupons at CVS to make a purchase. The staff who claimed they are managers or assistant managers can see the coupon in my app but cannot make it work for me so again I just leave the store without making a purchase. It seems to me that this coupon business is really just a glitzy form of bait and switch it to get you in the store hoping maybe I’ll just buy it anyway because you’re so exasperated for wasting your time once again, and no call Ron “manager can help you are used to be a store manager. I could override anything this manager by the name of William H told me two different things. I said you can’t override this someway that’s what I’m telling you. This is the third time this is happened to me and I eventually get my way, but I have to jump through hoops to get it he said we’re not really supposed to which is a form of saying I can do it. I’m just not gonna do it for you then after I showed him how stupid that sounds then he changes the story and say it’s against policy. Why bother to shop here ???? their prices are all higher. Every single price is higher than Walmart and Walmart and can still use the coupons online.

Don’t get prescriptions from this place, they are very unprofessional the pharmacists will lie and say they will call you back and never will.

Gretchen is an outstanding pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy in Stockbridge, GA located on North Henry Blvd. She has exceptional customer service talent and she also works excellent with co-workers providing them guidance and assistance. I thought she was the manager or supervisor until she told me she was not. Please retain Gretchen and promote. She is what all companies need to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
