Don’t shop here !!! It is a scam. They put cricket protect on your phone and they say it comes with it for the first 30 days and it doesn’t. They also tell you the price of the device including the case and glass. They also tell you you can only get the 60 dollar plan the first month . DON’T SHOP HERE ! Crown Wireless is the owner of this Cricket and they also own Riverdale and Forest Park and they all do the same scams !

Be aware customers of bad products not holding up to their potential. You will not get your money back Or an even trade. Stockbridge location, the store manager is a decent individual, but her boss has no respect for the customers money being spent at her store. I purchased a Bosbos wireless speaker that is defective, paid $42.79 for it since June 30, 2020 an it doesn't work. It's ashamed, that a CEO/Supervisor or General Manager doesn't care about returned customers to make future purchases. I will never buy another product in that store again & will tell others of the store's poor policy. Word of mouth spreads quickly concerning businesses. Greed doesn't keep you in business!
