I don't understand what people's standards are in the below reviews. But 4 star? No Way.
Here is my list,
Bathroom floor was sticky
Refrigerator was not cold
No exhaust fan in the bathroom
Air-conditioning had no buttons (they were broke off or removed)
Room Freezing bc of no buttons to turn off or adjust
Doors slamming all night
Wifi not strong enough to reach my room on 3rd floor
I could go on but 4 stars? Really?
Noteworthy details: Front desk nice?

In town for a HS reunion. Clean room, great breakfast, staff went above and beyond to accomodate my family on the patio. Nice pool too.

Breakfast is 9/10, everything else is Allright. Pet fee is too much for one pet.

Watching airplanes takeoff from the room was the best thing about this hotel.
The room was in disrepair and needed a better cleaning but the staff made all the difference. The surrounding area has plenty of food and entertainment options

Hilton quality with a better price!
I've stayed at several hotels around this area, but this hotel is by far the best. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are not dingy smelling or dreary looking like most hotels. The bathrooms are always clean and modernized. It's well worth paying a little extra money for this hotel.

The room was nice but is in need of some TLC. The double queen room was handicap accessible and good-sized, but a wheelchair user may have a hard time in maneuvering around the beds and entertainment center.
Overall, the hotel was quiet when we went down for breakfast in the morning. There were lots of kids that we had never heard. Breakfast was the standard eggs, sausage, and potatoes with waffles. An assortment of cold cereal yogurt and muffins were also available.
Rooms: The room is in need of some TLC.
There were several sections of chipped paint and plaster repair that needed some attention.
Most importantly, the pocket sliding door was off the track on one side. This made the door impossible to close without lifting the door up. The "lock" was an old hook and eye.
The room was also missing the bedding for the pull out bed. Including sheets pillows and blankets.
The blackout drapes didn't completely close, leaving a gap for the parking light light to shine through all night.
Nearby activities: There are lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking and a short drive from the hotel.

Was never robbed or scammed till I entered the doors of this establishment 5/20/24 at 10:00pm.checking in went ok,but when I arrived to my room I noticed there was only 1 tv I n the room having previously visited this same establishment over the years I always got 2 tv's.i called the hostess to enquire about the room and to see if we could switch rooms and I was told because we booked the room on line we couldn't exchange rooms. It's a Monday night suites are empty I not satisfied with my room and l'm told I can't move.so now I've booked this room for 3 days and I'm told I have to stay in this room because. I consulted my traveling party (my wife and 20yr old son) we agreed to stay in room.then my wife goes to put her medicine in the refrigerator and it doesn't work. Called the hostess again and this time she had no choice but to move us.after getting the service we are used to getting and being helped and assisted by Krissy the day hostess it turned out to be the beautiful experience we are used to.

I was here for a motorcycle event. The General Manager was on-site to make sure everyone was taken care of. The staff was really friendly and professional. The rooms were nice and clean.
