This was my go to dry cleaners for almost ten years. They changed ownership about a year ago. Since then they continue to go up on pricing and change the rules on what counts as one item. The service used to be personable and now nonexistent.

I had a terrible experience here. I came here for fast cleaning and simple alterations. The craftsmanship is extremely poor and when I received my dress it was stained. I was told that it was already there and they tried to take it out, however, it was definitely not there before because the dress was hemmed - and hemmed poorly. The lady at the front desk then went on to say "oh that's okay, you can't see it" when you definitely can and I was having professional photos being taken the next day. She did not offer any apologies or a refund and said the stain would not be able to come out and she couldn't so anything else. This is completely unacceptable to receive your clothes in an even worse condition than you left it in. This business is very unprofessional.

This is a well established business, I have been using them for more than 10 years+ - the customer service is fast and friendly, but most of all you have very caring individuals that retired wanting to give back to the community. Love This Place - Check them out!!

I just move into the area and we searching for cleaner I tried one not goingto say which one but the service was bad, so I decided to try clean rite and I was very satisfied cloth was even deliver on schedule I am about to drop some cloth off in another hour.

They do not honor their word. Receipts do not reflect the items that are being serviced so that they may charge what they feel. I came to this establishment to conduct business with a local business on behalf of my organization and I am completely dissatisfied not only with the service but the quality of service performed on the items to be dry cleaned. There were obvious, easy to rub off stains remaining and the scent was nothing resembling fresh. No thank .

Now Now Now.... this place is just amazing. They have fixed things that were way too f''ed up to be fixed and they were up front with me about things that were even worth trying to be paid for or not. I have already referred several people to this place and will continue to do so. This is my go to place while I am in the area!
