Went for an alignment and didn't get clear communication and been trying to get my car straight for them to work on it but they kept giving me excuses not to work on my car and didn't provide any solutions or help and told me they weren't going to work on it after making me drive back and forth hoping for REAL mechanics to solve my problems just to tell me to go somewhere else, terrible service

Terrible experience,/customer service, I made an appointment for an alignment. They sent automated confirmation texts the days leading up to the appointment. I arrived early for the 10 AM appointment only to be told they were running behind and if I could bring car back 3 hours later. Well, someone should have called to inform me that they were “running behind” and I could have saved the gas used for the blank trip??

Forget these jokers. They overcharge, fix the wrong problems, and don't seem to even know what's going. Avoid this place.

1st time here, but very professional and answered all my questions. I'm very picky when it comes to letting ppl work on my vehicles, but will have no worries using CBA again.

Brought my car for engine fluid leak. Took over a week to get car back. Still had a leak. Come to find out my transmission is not the same one I had. Other problems too

Very professional and Nice people, they actually care about you and your Vehicle and they will answer almost all of your questions and fix your car without you having to worry about being scammed by horrible sick mechanics.

A little disappointed. I took my car in for a diagnosis due to some issues I was having. I decided to wait to get it repaired and went to pick it up today. When they pulled my car around, and I got in, I noticed that the windshield was cracked. My windshield was not cracked when I dropped it. I went back in to let them know, and they told me that I would have to go through my insurance. This is so frustrating. I really had high hopes due to all the good reviews posted.
