I was in a rush and waited at the door for them to open. The sign said they open at 10am. The employee leisurely walked in 10 minutes late. Did not offer an apology.

I enjoy going in and shopping. I seem to find something each time. The staff (manager) are always willing to suggest and point out clothing she believes I may like.

Love the clothes but not necessarily the staff. Got to the store right at 10am. Lights on but doors locked. Employee shows up 20 minutes later with a McDonalds bag and she wants to know why everyone is irritated with her and has an attitude.

I love Cato. They have beautiful clothing for reasonable prices and they usually have what I'm looking for! This time I wanted some lightweight, wide-leg pants for an upcoming trip to Egypt and Cato came through!
