Selling damaged cars and lying about it. Pics from them and a second mechanic. And the cabin air filter was so f-ing moldy the car still smells bad. Also Predatory lending and bad offers. Legalized scamming. Never buy from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ask for Eric before he retires.
Carnax is a great place to purchase cars. No haggling. They will purchase your car too. Go for a test drive. I purchased three cars from Eric over the years. When considering a used car this is a great place to consider

Cannot get anyone on the phone to answer a question for three days. Automation refers you to web site and puts you on terminal hold. Web site doesn’t always have the answer.

I don't understand the management at this location but they need to take some pointer from the Norcross CarmMax!!!! I live ten minutes from the Southlake location. Every time I call the service department no one picks up and you leave a vm not to get a call back. I just went up there to get an appointment and was told by one of the guys at the desk that my extended warranty does not work like the other Carmax locations. I had my car towed to this location earlier this year to find out they do not do transmission work and the service was outsourced to a third party . After waiting almost four weeks for a new transmission was told that they could not help me. I had to pay extra money to tow my car to the Norcross location which by the way has excellent service and they always pickup the phone. It's funny every time I have been in Southlake service dept, no one is never on the phone but you always get their vm. I have mentioned that three times and nothing still has been done. I go a hour in traffic to Norcross just to get repairs and oil changes. Apparently upper management does not care about this location since it's predominantly people of color. I wish the corp office would do a pop up and call several time a day and make some improvements.

My experience was great brittany made me feel at ease with everything. The car runs good . At first I didn’t like the car lol , but now im in love with it . It was the only car really within my price range. Car payments $249 but because i added gap its $277. Cant beat that. Thank you Carmax.

We have bought cars from CarMax for two decades. This location is one that we have used multiple times. One standout salesman is Brian H. He is knowledgeable about his duties and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire car buying process.
There is no haggling just as their policy states, but.rest assured that if you see a car that you want, as long as you're ready to buy, Brian is the guy!

So much much to say about this dealership in what they do to young people. The give loans with such high interest rate they will never be able to own it. Then the car don’t hold up even after you purchase a warranty. The salesman Cecil more interested in selling a vehicle than having a customer for life by doing the right thing.
Don’t go here maybe you need to look elsewhere if you want a good experience.
