“This was my first time renting a vehicle in quite sometime. I decided to go with Enterprise since it was conveniently located nearby. When I picked my vehicle up, I was surprised to see that the I would be receiving a 2022 van instead of a newer model which was available on the lot. Nonetheless, I accepted the vehicle I was given. Cons of the vehicle is the fact that half way through my trip, the brakes ended up being bad, there was no wiper fluid in the reservoir. The tire pressure was low and the radio and GPS screen went out so I didn't have navigation as I was traveling through the great smoky mountains with four teenagers. I wasn't able to switch the vehicle out for another van because the destination location did not have anything large enough to accommodate my party so I
