I bought new tires from them, they didn't secure my hub caps when they put them on and one came off. I immediately went back and told them. They were not helpful. Tried to give me a used ols hub cap that didn't match mine. Tried to buy one that wasn't the same and then tried to buy a different size of my exact hub caps because they were cheaper. Then tells me he can only give me 40 because he doesn't have the money which isn't even half of what I paid for hub caps. Then tells me wait 2 days so he can find just one. I will never come back here. They are not accountable or a reputable business.Service: Tires

I have been going to the business for years now and within this last year each time I pull up I am quoted completely different prices. I was quoted $65 for a tire I wasn't expecting to have to buy. I told them I would come back on Friday and when I came back that Friday that same tires was now $90 dollars and the tire they were trying to sale me was not the same tire. It was a tire with way less value and no thread. My bf told them that wasn't the original price quoted and that's not fair to change the prices just because you feel like it and not even give a decent tire. The man said he can't do business with someone who is going back and forth with him and wouldn't talk to him anymore. So We left to try somewhere else. Today I went to get a tire patch on a different vehicle. I have gotten it done there before with this same car and it was $7. Today when I went they charged $20 for a patch job mind you while having a kid who isn't even old enough to work so the work on my car. I told the guy it's supposed to only be seven dollars. He said no it's $20 sorry. I told him I would never come back and he laughed. He did try to sale me some tires before he did the patch job but I told him those tires are still fairly new I just got a slow leak in the tire. So I guess because I turned their offer down to buy tires I had to pay three times what I would normally pay. Just terrible customer service. You would think with them being illegal they would do their best to keep their customers happy but I see everyone out here is just trying to make a dollar how ever they can and get over when they can. Mind you my entire family brings their cars there. Guess who will never return again and I will spread the word of how terrible these experiences have been. Not to mention on my sisters car the tires they sold her went bad in less than a month. Now unless you are a race car driver and your doing donuts all day I don't see how that's possible for a tire to go bad so quickly. Just terrible experiences. The company has changed so much for the worse and doesn't even have any prices printed out and listed anywhere. Just awful!!! I rate them a negative 10

Ok. The number doesn't work. And there are no business hours posted. That's not convenient by any means. I have to WALK to see if they are even open to help me with my car.
