I'm adding to my previous review. I did reach out to your customer service relations at the email, phone number and contact provided. Linda Solis is in charge of Customer Service. Phil Liberman is the VP of Operations. I looked up all this information and copied them on the email I sent to Best Electronics when I told them to take a hike. See, Best Electronics is the company used to fulfill any service contract you're stupid enough to purchase from BrandSmart. So once again never purchase any service contract from BrandSmart. So when you reply to this post, I'll be happy to let everyone know what a SCAM this. Hope Phil and Lois are enjoying their time in the Caribbean. Oh yeah, there is also an office there. Makes it difficult to sue BrandSmart. So back to it being "our pleasure" as in BrandSmart, I would hate to see what you would do if it wasn't. There is a special place that God is reserving for people/companies they do this to people. I sure don't want to be on the end of His wrath, cause you guys are definitely getting lots of first class tickets. Have a nice day. It's been my pleasure.

DO NOT BUY A BED FROM HERE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK EVEN IF THEY SEE WITH THEIR OWN EYES THAT IT IS DEFECTIVE. I personally brought it back 2 days later and they refused to return it. It's no better now and basically trash. $1100 waste of money. I will never shop at any brand smart dumpstore ever again.

When you're trying to order Online Brandsmart puts you through hoops by asking you to choose what department that you need and once you get there they keep you holding on the phone for it seems like an eternity!!!!! It's very discouraging and disheartening to know they they think so little of people's time it's as if they don't care if your inquiry is important or not and with that type of business practices I wonder how they've stayed in business as long as they have!!! It's ridiculous that they treat they're customers that way. Something has got to be done about customer service not answering they're phones for people to do business Someone from home office needs to contact these store managers and correct how they operate they're business in regards to they're stores!!!!! For, having to go through this experience really put a bad taste in my mouth for the Brandsmart brand period!!!!!!

Brandsmart USA is new to us in Augusta, Ga. My first few times there were great and I never had any issues. I had no issues with my first purchase, which was a PS5. This is what made me consider shopping with Brandsmart again for a new washer and dryer. My boyfriend and I went into the store and the associate that helped us was really friendly. We chose the washer and dryer set we wanted and proceeded to the leasing department. We had been helped by the same rep before when purchasing our PS5 and she was always nice. We waiting for a while for them to find our order to go forward with the leasing process, but the rep came back 30 min later to ask for more information because the sales associate did not push the order through. After completing the process we were told our order would be delivered that same week on Friday and we went into the store on a Sunday. We were told we would be contacted a couple days before delivery about a timeframe that the order would be dropped off and I never received a call, text, or email. When the day came, our order was never delivered after waiting all day. I called customer service and was transferred to multiple different people and put on hold multiple times. I talked to so many people and had to repeat myself to different people so many times and it seemed like no one knew what was going on! Multiple people that I talked to were very unprofessional. I finally got to speak to the leasing agent who seemed to be more helpful than anyone. She said she would talk to management and give me a call back. She called me back about an hour later and told me that the sales associate never completed the order and they would have it taken care of and delivered the following week. The delivery day came and the order was dropped off. After looking at the washer and dryer, IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. I'm not even sure what to do at this point, but if you are going to shop at this place/location, I would NOT suggest doing delivery and I would try to make sure that all orders are complete and that there are no issues before you leave because is it really worth the hassle??? I don't think so.

Bought a Segway scooter at a great price. Was asked to pick it up in the warehouse, but unfortunately, the line to pick up merchandise in the warehouse was four deep. I eventually gave up and went back in the store and hauled the scooters out in a cart and placed them in my car.

My salesman was great. Customer service and everyone else has been a nightmare. My brand new dryer is not running hot. I’m scheduled for 12/1 to have someone take a look or get a replacement and I’m supposed to receive a call or text today to confirm and I have not received anything. I can’t get in touch with a human that is willing to help. Customer service sends me to sales. Sales sends me back to customer service. I’m waiting 20+ minutes each time and then the call gets picked up and they hang up.

It was a two day process for us to find a new washer and dryer. Jennifer was helpful on day one and Brianna Strange was most helpful on day two. She helped us get an amazing deal on the set we really wanted. I’ll definitely come back for any other appliance.

I’ll never order from brandsmart ever again. HIGHLY do NOT recommend. I ordered a dishwasher end of October. Delivery day 11/3 took off work that day, no show, no call NOTHING. I then had to call, transferred all around. The dishwasher I had ordered was dis continued. Then they had me order a different dishwasher. No call no show AGAIN. Then A THIRD TIME. Finally yesterday(12/4) the dish washer was delivered only, not installed. My husband goes to open the dishwasher the inside is dented up and can not shut the washer without using all my strength to shut it. I get ran around about that. They offer me $40 in credit and keep the messed up $600 dishwasher???????? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I will never ever again order with them or Do any kind of business with them.

2 items out of 5 was delivered today. Nobody will answer the phone or call me to tell why my other merchandise wasn’t delivered or when will it will be delivered now. my son is stuck sleeping on the floor cause they did not bring his bed. very bad communication be careful with you deal with I’m to the point I just want a refund.

This is the worst place. I ordered a washing machine 4 weeks ago told i would have it delivered on Oct 30th. That day came and all the delivery guy brought were the hoses which I did not accept. I called the store and they said oh its on back order we can get it and have it delivered on the 3rd. Well today is the 3rd and it is not being delivered today the date was changed without anyone calling me or telling me anything about it. I called the store and it shows to be on schedule for the 4th but when I talked to the store they are like no it won't be tomorrow either we have none in stock. Again no one has reached out to me about any of this I have had to call and I have talked to 4 different people and no one has tried or offered to make this right, just have the attitude it is what it is. This is the 2nd time I have bought from here and something has happened. It is ridiculous that the sales person expects to get the commission for the same but doesn't do the job to earn his commission, making sure his customer is happy and has received any and all information related to the purchase they made. And to top it off they keep sending me email and text to confirm the delivery but then no delivery. I work nights and don't have the time to stay up and play these games of will I get it today or not. They will not be getting my business anymore.

I would NOT recommend purchasing any major appliance from here. The customer service is awful and no help at all. I came into the store to purchase a brand new washer and dryer. I bought a new washer but with a floor model dryer because the sales lady AND the Appliance Manager Keisha assured me and my parents that there was nothing wrong with the floor model. Clearly it was just a sales tactic, because as soon as it was delivered and delivery guy test ran it it made this loud sound indicating something was wrong with it. I asked to refuse it, the delivery guy told me I could not. I called the next day to speak with Keisha to ask why she would sell me a broken dryer when she knew I was looking for a brand new one. No answer. I’ve tried calling weeks, speaking to numerous different people, including the Store Manager Dave, to get a new one and either someone tell me that they will call me back or I have to pay a fee. I never get a call back and I don’t understand why I have to pay a fee when I also purchased a 4 year warranty on both appliances, which when I first called they told me I could not use. P.S. it’s almost a month and I STILL HAVE THE DRYER with no resolution made. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a retail store so I would advise to stay clear!!!

Arrived late Wednesday evening to purchase a Refrigerator-mine died earlier in the day, Asked upfront if stock was available at the store - Mario stated that he had the unit stocked no problem’s having it delivered tomorrow, asked him to deliver it on Saturday instead due to work! Got a call from Mario on Friday stating that stock was not at the store and further stated that it would be delivered sometime next week or 5-7 days !!! Really ????? My trust with this Company has been irrevocably destroyed…. Never again- store Supervisor wouldn’t even take my call- could here her in the background talking to the representative that I was talking to !!!! No customer service !

the service here is complete lousy! the store manager jessica has a rude dismissive attitude!!! i ordered a dishwasher, range, freezer and vacuum in july 2023. i received the freezer and range in july. it is october and i have had to clown to finally get the dishwasher, vaccum still no where in site!! but i was told it was there and to be delivered!!! let's not forget the range gas line delivered in october for a range delivered in july!!! now jessica needs 48 hours to see why my vaccum is again back out of stock!!!!! do not waste your time at this poorly run location! no accountability on anyone part except the sales guy patrick who was very helpful and greatest apologetic!!! this local needs a full staff replacement from top to bottom, i pray patrick gets a job where his services will have adequate managerial support! jessica is useless! AND THE DELIVERY COMPANY, COMPLETE JOKE!!!

Our Refrigerator went out. We went to a few other stores but due to price we went here. They had very reasonable prices. The fridge I wanted with display screen was only $1700. And I loved that it was side by side, I had only seen the ones with the Draw freezer and I'm not a fan of those drawers. We got an even more reasonable one without all the thrills and frills. We were greeted by Mario. He was very helpful when we narrowed down what we wanted and pleased that they are able to deliver on Friday. Looking forward to receiving it. They have furniture, electronics etc. Be sure to stop by.
