I suppose to received my washer and dryer on last Saturday. 30 minutes prior to delivery, the delivery guy calls to say we only delivering the washer and the dryer is not part of the delivery. I called the store to find out it is on back order. The store never advised me of this information when they called to state the time frame. I paid already for the dryer and washer but never included this information. I have yet to receive a call when I am getting my dryer. Management suppose to called me back 4 days ago and have not heard any information. I use to like this store. Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
June 6, 2024, Follow up- It has been two months and no dryer and no follow up from management, so I decided to get a refund. THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE STOCKBRIDGE LOCATION. Go to the northside of town better results and better customer service. David Samela is the manager and will give excuses, no results and so will his staff. The Stockbridge location sucks and soon be shut down due to bad customer service and lack of management skills.

No problem returning defective item. Cashiers polite and welcoming. Store 's atmosphere welcoming(well lit).

I bought a garbage disposal from there 2 months ago, mentioned that the packaging didn't look right and the staff assured me that there were no problems. I got the disposal out of the box and it was completely busted all around the unit. I will never trust this particular location again!

Stay away from the cheap tablets. They are slow and hard to navigate. But the cheap earpods have great sound and long battery life.

I recently purchased a new washer and dryer for my son and daughter-in-law via the website but due to a tech issue, the ship to address was changed there was no option to correct online. I called customer service and spoke to Ms Nola, who was a lifesaver! She was extremely professional, very helpful and immediately corrected the issue. My son said the delivery and installation team was awesome too! Great employees and products!!!

After monitoring an item that was on sale for more than 4 days, I finally decided to visit the store. I was originally intending to make the purchase online and do pickup, however they only offeredin-store pickup for a ac unit which I thought was odd due to the item size. When I entered the store, I was greeted by an older gentleman working in the electronics department. I walked directly to the AC unit area and located the item I saw online and wanted to purchase. I decided to browse the store before making my purchase and then returned back to the AC units. I was approached by a woman who I had greeted while browsing the store. I stated to her I wanted to buy the specific unit. She stated she'd "see if it was in stock' and I knew immediately this was a bait and switch store. Advertising items online that you don't have with an intent to upsale when the customer arrive is a known tactic used in stores, as I noticed other units that I had selected as backup options were not even displayed. She returned shortly after stating they didn't have any and tried to upsale a unit to me that was twice the amount of the one that I came in to purchase. After not being able to help me for about 5 minutes she moved on to another gentlemen. Mind you the unit I wanted was on the shelf not in a box, but still on the shelf, and they would not sell it to me. I went out into the scratch and dent area and found a unit that was the price range I was intending to spend, and when I was approached by a manager, he did not say hi or ask if I needed any further help, just THIS IS SOLD AS-IS! Well since you know so much and you're selling it I hope it works while you're yelling at me. That information wasn't offered, so I purchased a warranty on the item to protect my purchase. So if you're planning to make a purchase from here, call first or select another location, because chances are they don't have it and they're only wasting your time.
