Susie gave me some of the most kind, thoughtful, engaging, and just downright phenomenonal customer service I ever received. I came in to deal with a mistake another employee made and she handled everything with so much care and grace and took care of me like I was someone in her family. She definitely needs a promotion or raise!!! Couldn't have asked for a better employee to help me with my phone!! If you're going in for a new phone or anything please ask for Susie ?

I was hoping to get a new phone today. The store hours both online & on the door say it opens at noon on Sunday. All the light were on at 12:05 but the door was locked. Waited until 12:20(while waiting watched another customer try the door). Tried calling, no answer. Tried the door again, still locked. Thanks for nothing.

I went to change service to boost Mobile however it was taking way too long to Port my number over. So I decided to try again at a later date however the associate that help me with friendly knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend.
