We tried BBQ Masters on Old National- voice recording states open today and banner on outside wall states 'now open' -- but actually closed. We then went to Stockbridge location which was open. Outside sign advertises Turkey ribs and Brunswick stew, but neither were available. I ordered tips with collards and baked beans. The tips were good, but sauce just okay. Bothe sides were okay, but not particularly good.

My experience was awesome the rib tips were seasoned great and the service was great as well. Nice and clean. If you haven't tried it you should.

FIRST YOU BETTER HOPE THEY ARE OPEN NO MATTER WHAT VOICEMAIL SAYS. Wednesday through Sunday 8-12???!!!!! Came 2hrs after I made original post and DEAD!!! But they don't answer phone and will still let you make an online order.

The hours and days of operation are for decoration. They are never open. To only be open for 5 days and be open on none of them, why not just permanently close?

Tried to go to this place 5 times and was only successful once. It is closed more than it is open even though it is advertised as open on this platform. Telephone number is useless. The rib tips were good but everything else was over cooked and dry. Well seasoned but overcooked. Sides were decent with the potato salad being the best side on the menu. Good luck finding this place open y'all!!

Darndest thing. You don't have to talk to anyone to get fabulous, and I mean tender and tasty, beef, chicken, sausage and pork! Punch a few buttons on a screen and soon a grand feast arrives. I didn't mean to forget the vegetables, yummy ?.Leftovers were perfect as well.Vegetarian options: Not vegan vegetables, very good!

The food was good. We ordered the turkey ribs and beef brisket. I waited about 30 minutes (people were coming in ordering after me and leaving), and my order was incomplete. I didn't realize until I was home, and when I called to let them know, the phone rang out until I finally left a message. It's a little pricey to forget items, so I went back the following day. The place is dusty in the dining area. They have trophies showing how good they are, but they are covered in dust and cobwebs... they only take cards, and there is no one to talk to when you enter... you have to order on a kiosk, and I saw one woman in the back with the door closed that only popped out to put the food out... they don't even put your food in a bag. You do that yourself.Parking: It is located in an awkward position on a busy street

I hadn't been in a minute and really enjoyed the new setup with the automatic screens you don't have to interact with anyone you just put your order in and look at the screen and wait for your name or number to be called for your order to be ready it was just great lovely I'm beyond service was lovely and quick. Everything I ordered I received did not have to go back and ask for anything else. I definitely will be returning as always. A faithful customer

Don’t bother-keep rolling! After a wasted $80 spent today, I agree with JPrice review! I have officially checked this place off my list and will definitely drive back to our normal spot where we moved from which is 30 minutes away. Whoever the older lady is at the front, she is rude beyond measure! Every single time I’ve interacted with her; she is not courteous or pleasant, constantly rolling her eyes if I and others ask her a question regarding our orders. They were out of candied yams, when I asked her what are the other options she huffed and puffed. The sides were hot, none of the meat was hot, the collards were too salty and so many bones we almost choked on it. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The brisket was fatty even though I selected lean. The fact of the matter is customers choose to go to an establishment, and are not getting any favors from the owner/staff. A “thank you” would have been nice. At first I thought it was because it was close to closing time, then I remembered when I was there Memorial Day it was at the opening of the day and very similar experience, this was a do over. Sadly another customer was overlooked for over a half hour and yet again the lady was rude to her for questioning why she was skipped over. Piss poor service and horrible food quality. Not what it used to be by no means.

Food is delicious, but service is extremely slow. Waited 27 minutes to get my order. Not sure how many people work in kitchen preparing plates, but I believe they could use a couple more people assisting with this task and wait times would be much shorter.

Why would you have a business?advertising phone numbers which doesn't work?you advertising opening hours and the business is always closed down?false marketing on a high and bad for business with the inconsistencies;got people driving to a location that's always close#yall should do better by your customers or close down the business period.

Do not patronize this business. They are a bunch of thieves!!! I ordered food through Toast, when it came time for the delivery driver to pick up the food, the handed it to another person who was not there on behald of doordash. They canceled my order and kept the money. The staff is beyond rude, they are barely open and the managers voicemail is always full and no one will ever answer the phone.
