Since they took over from Eagles Landing Family practice, the service has been HORRIBLE!!! Do Not bring your family to any of their facilities. They have become corporate, money hungry a*sholes who don't care anything about your health or well being. Run Far Away!!!

My husband and I been going here since it was eagles landing and we have never been treated so bad. They said my husband owed a balance of 100 dollars when he just got off the phone with his insurance and they covered his visit, then they made big deal out of it and refused his visit if he didn't pay . He has some issues he needed to get seen about . They didn't care how they talked to him then they told me if i didn't post 41 dollars they would refuse mine to. I they owed me 45 they over charged me last time . I will not be coming here no more because they're about the money no matter how small it is, very ghetto and unprofessional. JS y'all need to do better and check references when hiring

When it was Eagles Landing Health, I never had a problem getting through. I've called four times in the past two week because my prescriptions are all due to run out. My last appointment with my doctor, I still had plenty. She said to call when they are getting close to needing to be refilled. I'm currently on hold for a 5th time. I've been without one of my meds for days already. This isn't right. There should be checks and balances so that this does not happen. I will say I just spoke with a patient rep named Jessica while I'm typing this. She was very apologetic and sweet. She is contacting someone named Miss Vickie because she agrees it's been too long. I don't understand how this happens, though. They say they send the note to my doctor, so does that mean she just isn't checking? I love my doctor and would be very disappointed to find out it's simple neglect. I get that she is busy, but there needs to be a different way of calling in refills. Also, I went to the patient portal and put in my name and birthday and it said it didn't recognize me as a patient. I've been going to this facility for at least five years, if not longer. Jessica just came back to the phone and I think this time is the charm. She was calm, respectful, apologetic (though she did nothing wrong) and professional. She conveyed her empathy for my situation. Jessica has impeccable customer service. I should have asked her for her last name. I hope she gets the credit she deserves. It's Friday, April 5th, and I called at approximately 2:30 pm. Jessica just called me back, as she said she would, and my scripts have been sent over. Her name is Jessica Sutton! I love that this happened all while I was typing this review. Thank you, Jessica! Best customer service ever!

I came to this place for my annual & some bloodwork on March 7th and as of today (a whole month later) I still don’t know my results. However, they’ve made sure to let me know what I owe them. 3 stars instead of 2 because they were friendly but Dr. Jibril and her team need to get it together. Ridiculous.

Ever since they became Aylo, you can tell it’s more about the money. Been coming here for years and now every time me or my kids see a provider, we end up with a bill. They have found a way to code your services so that you pay more out of pocket. I have seen some top notch specialists and other providers and have never received a bill but somehow I go to Aylo for a script and end up with a bill. The itemized bills make no sense at all. I’ve never had so many bills from any provider…and I have really good insurance. My son saw a cardiologist and had all kinds of tests run…..no bill. He goes to Aylo and gets the same exact test one year later and we end up with a $57 bill. Like how? I encourage you to shop around for other primary care providers because to Aylo, you are just a dollar sign. That’s why they give the same generic response to every one star review. They will not attempt to solve anything. They just respond for optics.

RUNNNNN! Customer service is horrible. They're not welcoming at all! As soon as you walk in , you receive attitudes from the front desk for no reason. They don't greet you at all just ask why you are here or what's your last name. Also would not take my government issued id which had a photo. This was my first time coming to try to find a primary doctor. I will never return. If you have to go through all of that just to check in. I can only imagine how difficult it is dealing with the doctors at this establishment.

I wish I could rate this place a zero but it was not an option. Unfortunately I ran into this place because I needed a doctor since I was going on FMLA and my primary doctor quit her practice. I had never heard of Aylo - my first clue is that they were not linked to a major hospital like piedmont or Emory so none of my medical information was assessable. Second clue - there were patients in the lobby that had been waiting hours for the doctor- didn't think anything about that since I had an appointment and got right in- of course they had to do the exact blood work that was drawn at The urgent care at piedmont the prior day. 3rd clue - could never reach the doctor to fill out my claim info (ultimately my short term money could never pay out to me because the doctor never responded to them). Final clue - due to inability to reach my doctor when I was trying to go back to work caused a delay on resuming back to work and I had to make an appointment just for her to fill out the final paperwork- and though I had an appointment- had to wait over an HOUR in the patient room before the doctor came in!!!! Ultimately I Will never go to this 'clinic' (or whatever you want to call them) AGAIN! Stay away if you want good health care and stick to doctors that are associated with primary hospitals such as Emory or Piedmont.

The follow-up regarding this was impressive. My situation was rectified with an email and callback.

The worst medical experience I've ever had. My first time was in Locust Grove. Practitioner did not even listen to my heart, altho it was supposed to be my annual physical. I moved on the Hampton office, and practitioner never published my visit notes. Today was the worst at Stockbridge office. I had taken an at home Covid test, which was positive. I drove across town for 10:30 am appt, was finally brought back at 11:00. An hour and a half later they confirmed Covid. (There were three practitioners who came into my room, none of whom gave me their name or role). Then the real problems started with the three meds they prescribed. I had to go back three times to pharmacy to get them, one by one. Especially frustrating was the inability to get a person to report issues to. Patients seem to be able to make appts effectively, but nothing else. Lines just ring and ring, and don't allow you to leave a message. HORRIBLE!!!

Ever since Aylo took over it seems like they are concerned most about getting as much money as possible out of the patient. Whenever myself, my husband and my son have gone in, they always ask if we want a lot of additional tests or vaccinations, even though we are there for something entirely different. My husband and son both have high deductible accounts and they never get out for less than a couple of hundred or more. They ran multiple tests without telling them the costs. For example they were charged over $200 for a covid test that you can do at home for $20 or less. They took one culture from my husband and charged him for two separate tests without explanation. They performed tests for things like flu and covid without actually getting their consent. We love the one provider we see, but that's not enough to stay there. I went in myself with one issue, feminine related, they tried to get me to do multiple tests and asked me about getting every vaccination possible to an adult. Then when they said they wanted to send me for an ultrasound it was a month before I ever heard from anyone. I only heard from them after calling to follow up. Messages sent in the portal aren't answered timely, if at all. Not happy with this new management at all.
