Wish I could give her zero stars. Saw her a few years ago….terrible dr and no bedside manner. Obviously, the great review and high stars are from her family members.

I was told by an Ortho Doctor he suspected I had arthritis in my shoulder. He recommended I follow up with a rheumatologist. The referred me, and I maade an appointment. At first the hard to understand person on the phone told me I had to be fully vaccinated for COVID to see the doctor. They called me two days prior to the appointment saying the doctor would only see me by video conference. I told the lady to cancel the appointment. I will fond a doctor that is willing to actually see me.

I gave a 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. My mother in law and husband took off work and drove 2 hours to her appointment that she had for 6 months prior. When they arrived, she was told her appointment was cancelled due to an insurance issue, but was never called. My husband offered to pay full price for the visit due to my mother in law desperately needing to see the doctor for her crippling rheumatoid arthritis. He was told that they were not accepting private pay right now. What kind of doctor’s office doesn’t accept cash in full at the time of the appointment???? We will never be back to see this doctor. He asked to speak to the doctor specifically, and the receptionist said he words were coming from the doctor. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. I am a nurse so I understand the patient load some of these doctors have, but this was just ridiculous!

Dr. Fundal has very poor bedside manor. She was in the room for about 45 secs, long enough to bark orders out. I felt like she really didn't give any cares at all. Not the best first impression. The younger dr (cant remember her name) that was in my room before dr fundal was was MUCH nicer. Also it's basically impossible to get in touch with a human at this dr office. So all around not great.

She is the worst doctor around. An office visit includes her sitting with her back to you trying to get the computer working or something off of it.I had been trying to reach her office for the last 30 days and she has been missing in action. I have been out of meds that long. Finally reach the office and request a refill. The pharmacy tells me she rejected it because I need a visit. Called to make a virtual visit and was told I needed a letter from my primary. I did not bother to ask what they were looking for in terms of content. I just said "Hit the road Jack, ain't coming back no more."This is not about demonstrating good patient care. This is about control, MONEY and cover your behind. As it turns out, all things work for the best. The new doctor I am currently seeing questions the need for the medicine prescribed by Dr. Fondal given my symptoms. So, I am doing blood work and reassessing everything. The medicine Fondal prescribed could cause blindness and I certainly won't miss that.I wish Fondal the best and she continues whatever she is doing for whatever reason. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!

I was a patient for 11 years and was happy til last year she just seemed liked she had other concerns going on and literally kept clicking and typing away on her computer. I still have not received blood work results from last year. Office staff has changed and they are very rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO NO ONE.

Dr Fondal is amazing. She sits and listens to you and helps you figure out what’s wrong and what she can do to help. The girls in her office are so great they really make you feel comfortable.

I was seen by this physician 3 times and it is my opinion that she lacks integrity. She is dishonest. I had an appointment with her and was told to follow up in 6 weeks. Upon checkout, I asked the lady at the front desk about calling in the prescription that was given to me and was told that I would need to have an eye examination before taking the medication. Fast forward, 6 weeks later when I returned for the visit the provider informed me that she would be drawing blood to see how I was doing on the new medication. I informed her that her staff did not call in the medication and I told her what the lady at the front desk said about the eye exam. The doctor was visibly upset and she said that the lady at the front desk doesn't get to make those type of decisions and apologized to me for wasting my time coming in the for visit. She specifically stated that the 6 week f/u was to draw blood and since I was not taking the medication there was nothing that she could do for me. Upon check-in I paid my co-payment not realizing that it would be a wasted visit. The Dr. sent the medicine request in and I was to return in 6 weeks for the f/u. I returned 6 weeks later and was told that I had to pay another $40 copay even though the previous visit was a total waste and nothing was done due to an error on their part. The office manager went to explain the situation to the doctor regarding the payment and the doctor refused to see me unless I paid the copay. I promptly left, checked with my insurance carrier and she had indeed filed a claim for the visit that she apologized to me for wasting my time. She has NO integrity. In addition to charging me for services not rendered, she also filed a claim with my insurance company. I will be filing a formal complaint. She lied to the office manager and said that she remembered my visit and that it was a good thing that I came in for the follow up because she found something in my chart. That was not true and at that point I realized it was just about the money. I am very disappointed but I am glad I found out just what she is made of. I have since had to find another specialist to work with.
