I will admit that after being a State Farm customer for several years I went with another agency. Insurance is insurance right?One day, Shaughne called and we spoke about my leaving and what could he do to get me to come back. He listened to my concerns and I returned to State Farm. So glad I did. Shaughne reminds me of agents back in the day who treated you as a friend not just another customer.

I've been with this State Farm office for more than 30 years, originally with Bruce, and now with Andy. I've always received excellent service, so this is just a great office all around. I mostly connect with Shaughne and sometimes with Jackie - both of them are terrific. Our family currently has multiple cars insured with State Farm, plus our main home, a second home we recently inherited, and now two sons needing rental insurance for college dorms. I feel like I talk to the State Farm office all the time. Honestly, I have Shaughne saved in my phone and he's always ready to help! I'm not sure if I'm his favorite customer or a total PITA, but either way, Shaughne, Jackie, and Andy are always so kind and always happy to help. And let's be honest, insurance is expensive no matter where you go and no one is really happy about handing money over to some big insurance company for something you may or may not need. But since I have to have it, I at least appreciate their can-do, service-with-a-smile attitude! You can't go wrong with this office!

Phenomenal branch of agents. If you are considering running numbers or signing up please do so with StateFarm and ask for Shaughne. He takes his time to really break things down and find you the best rate.

When our former long-time insurance agent retired, our policies were transferred to Andy Gawron's office. Our former agent and his staff had been exceptional, so I had mixed feelings about anyone else. Those mixed feelings have been replaced with utmost confidence and gratitude! Everyone in Andy Gawron's Stockbridge State Farm office has been professional and helpful; however, Shaughne has gone the extra mile and has earned my gratitude and respect. Like a good neighbor but more like a family member. I had a wonderful experience requesting a review while updating auto insurance on a recent purchase. We have always used State Farm Insurance for all our home and auto needs but living in Atlanta GA, with the increases of cost, we needed to have everything reviewed and updated. I was blessed to reach out to Andy Gawron's team and have Patricia Meeks answer the call. She patiently went over each of the coverages and answer our questions and concerns and point out saving options to us. Her review gave us confidence we made good choices.
