I was completely satisfied with my overall experience with Bestway on today. Mike was very courteous and professional. In fact, he went out of his way to tailor my needs as a first time customer. Following, the entire staff were professional and courteous. Thank you guys and I hope to continue a good staff/customer relationship!

So, this is my first time going through a rent-to-own establishment, and needless to say, I see why I will not be a return customer. My appliance was delivered, and the delivery guy and establishment agreed to take the old appliance, and once he started moving it, he did mention it was kind of heavy. He assured me that he would come back on Monday with help to move it. Therefore, leaving the appliance in the middle of my floor way. Well, Monday came, and now they say they were moving it as a courtesy and will not be coming back out. Which wouldn't have been a problem if the delivery guy had told me and not left the appliance in the middle of my floor way. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will definitely not refer nor return.

Just like previous comments below, this place is a joke. I got behind 2 weeks with them and they’re constantly harassing me, the girl named Bre has terrible customer service. She has an attitude and she is the reason why people don’t wanna pay. And DOUG, the white man that sits in the back threatens people court & jail… if you’re working for a business that’s not how you talk to customers. Doug is just as much of a joke as the company itself.
Please don’t waste your time or money with these folks.

This place is a scam. All they do is take peoples money. They charge my car twice and they’re gonna act like I’m not showing them to charge they overcharge for everything they’re very rude and unprofessional. I would never get anything from them ever again.

Please don’t get any furniture from here they will call u and call u harass u text your phone from different numbers after u have blocked them Even if they contact u they will send someone to your house to harass u as well please go somewhere else because if u have to be late they don’t care
