I will never recommend this company ever AMS I felt they mislead me in the beginning they charged me 100 dollar deposit which was fine I was told that it would be refunded, After the move so that was the first lie. So all I needed to move was a king size bed and a sofa I had a small load to move no big move at all from Cobb to Atlanta 30 mins it to took them from 12:15 to 2:15 to finish and I was charge 483 plus they kept my deposit so in total I paid 583 for a small job they really got over on me never again smh I was told something completely different I hope this company goes out of business for getting over on people ???

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!I found these guys to help my friend move. $876 to move from Douglasville to camp creek. They arrive at 8:15. Did not start until they have a meeting with their team to come up with a game plan ( we being charge for this time). He had everything broke down and ready to remove. They stated they need to wrap it ok cool whatever. We on the way to his new place which is 25 min away. They take a wrong turn which added on another 25 min to there time. We at his townhouse just waiting on them to come. Before they unloaded anything they tell him hey its $876 for there mistake. Moving is already stressful n they just added to it.

I hired them last year to help me move. So many things went wrong. The dispatcher told me they'd arrive at 1 pm, and the movers arrived at noon. I wasn't home, but they started charging me the minute they got there. These two kids were sitting in the truck doing nothing! They sent these two young men, probably like 19 years old, who really didn't know what they were doing. They weren't careful with my possessions, probably because they haven't owned anything decent enough in their lives. One of them was super lazy and did the least. I wouldn't have been surprised if he had walked off the job. Both were texting the whole time.Additionally, I needed some more moving supplies. I needed to pack a few final things and I didn't have time to get everything I needed (I was out of town for work for a week prior). I was assured on the phone that the movers would have everything I needed and whatever I used would be added to my bill. Except they didn't have any supplies. They'd used them all up at their first house. When we got to my new house, they ignored the labels I'd written on the boxes specifying which room to place them in. They just stacked boxes in whichever room was the closest. They also gouged my hardwood floors and chipped my porch columns. They were with me for 4 hours, and by the end of it, I really just wanted them to leave as quickly as possible. It took everything in me not to scream, "GET OUT OF MY HOUSE."They charged me for 6 hours and a bunch of extra moving supplies I didn't use. I wanted them gone, so I didn't dispute anything. And anyway, I was a petite woman with two strange men inside her house. But that was my mistake. They charged me $1400. I had expected to pay $800. I was livid. I couldn't talk about it for weeks because I'd start yelling.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will rip you off and send inexperienced kids to "help" you. You can do it better and faster alone.

I was quite happy with my recent move experience with All My Sons in Georgia. Prior to the move, I consulted with their estimator by video call, which was quite easy and efficient. On the move day, a crew of four, led by Quentin Smith, arrived in the morning to pack up the furniture from our 4-bedroom home and load everything into a large truck. We drove more than an hour to reach the new house, then the crew moved everything into place and reassembled the beds. The crew worked very hard to ensure that all the work was completed in a single day. One member of the crew (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) was especially attentive to our needs, which we certainly appreciated. The final weight and price was almost exactly what the estimator had calculated. I would be happy to work with All My Sons again.

After a lot of research, we decided to hire AMS for our moving between Greer SC and Kennesaw GA, as they had a great presentation about the whole process and how carefully things would be tagged, packed and transported. However the whole process was poorly conducted, to say the least:The team who actually executed loading and unloading on the trucks were hard-workers and stayed until late night to finish the work, which was not possible, and they had to return on the next day to load the remaining items (after two trucks already loaded). The checking and inventorying processes that were promised during the first visit by their sales representative, were not delivered, as tags for every single item, checklist for all our things and scanning upon delivery at the new house did not work as planned, at all. The team started tagging our furniture but gave up on it halfway through the process, as they were running very late and did not have enough tags anyway. It was also explained to me during the initial visit and walk-through, again with the sales representative, that their teams were professionals trained in how to pack and unpack every single item, which was not demonstrated by when the actual loading and unloading happened. Many items were poorly organized in the trucks and damaged (see some of the pictures attached). Simple things, like boxes for TVs, which we had ordered, were simply not planned by the loading team and they had to improvise with other boxes. In summary, the overall planning process was very poor and unprofessional. Two trucks were not enough to conduct the whole moving and in one of the pictures you can see how our remaining items were loaded into the U-Haul truck we brought to pick them up, as they were stored because there was not enough space in the two originally planned trucks. The timing allowed for the loading and unloading teams to tag, scan and pack everything was clearly not sufficient, as the team abandoned tagging and scanning after half of the first day, as they were running way behind on the schedule to get it all loaded.I would like to make it very clear that my frustration resides mainly on the terrible and poor planning delivered with our moving. We did a lot of research before hiring All My Sons and they were expected to provide the lowest level of headache, given how you present yourself and sell your services. However, it was by far not what we were presented with and I could caution anyone hiring AMS services to look for an alternative or stress every single detail with them.Afterwards, when I submitted the the warranty claim (which I only signed for the standard warranty), the team responsible for the claim did not want to address the fact that their portion of the contract was not delivered, which really feels like you fell into a scam (quality packing and transporting, tagging and inventorying all items, poor planning of the amount of trucks and hours needed to load and unload) and only offered less than a third of the claimed value. In the end, we would definitely not recommend AMS, mainly because they sell one level of quality and deliver something very different.

This is a scam company. They will show up hours late, triple your quoted price, add unexpected charges and still break everything you own. All while being rude. They are liars and scammers. I wish I had read yelp reviews. Those reviews are the accurate ones. Again, call another company. This one is trash.

If you MUST use All My Sons, I highly recommend requesting an official estimate so that you can review the numbers, and have proof of what was promised when they later tack on costs. I never got an estimate via email (only through links shared via SMS which are less reliable) which I later regretted.Over my phone conversations I had discussed a 2-hour minimum for the move, and a 1-hour minimum for the travel time and I had scheduled the move for a Saturday. The day before my move I learn that there is a 3-hour minimum for the move (plus a 1 hour minimum for the travel) for certain days, including Saturday. If you are getting an estimate, make sure it is taking into account the date of your move. The verbal estimate that was given to me did not take this into account. My move was their second scheduled move of the day. They had told me they do not know how long the first move will take, and that I just need to monitor my phone - they will call me when they are 30 minutes out from reaching my place. At 3:19pm, after I spent the morning taping essentials into boxes, I get a call from All My Sons telling me that the first move is taking longer than expected and they have to cancel completely for that day. They offered to give me the early morning Monday slot (as they are closed this Sunday) but I declined because (1) that is short notice to take off of work and also (2) I hate them now and am using another moving company. My time was wasted and I am just lucky my landlord is flexible with me moving things out late.So if you MUST use All My Sons, try to get the first slot of the day because they don't seem to have back-up plans if the first move runs over time. Or don't schedule on the last open day of the month in case you need to vacate your place on time.

My quote for a large house was for 5 movers and a truck. The "truck" part of the quote was accurate, and 5 people in their shirts did show up.I have never seen lazier workers. They walked incredibly slow, played with their phones, and they'd keep disappearing into a room pretending to disassemble furniture, but were actually just sitting. I caught one of them just sitting in my chair looking at his phone. They attempted to leave with the furniture still wrapped and disassembled. When I got onto them about it, they started arguing with each other whose fault that was. This was a terrible moving experience! Oh, did I mention because of their slow and lazy work ethic, I got charged for another two hours?I will be pursuing a partial refund.

We had a horrible experience with this moving company. They took twice they amount of time they quoted for and still weren't able to move all of the items from the move because they were so slow. The lead guy was on his phone constantly and having personal phone calls during the service, complaining about how we had "so much stuff" and wasn't even helping the other two most of the time. Definitely would not recommend them for your moving needs.

My experience was incredibly disappointing. They quoted us 4 hours but took nearly 12 (charged us for every minute though!), and they left a significant portion of our belongings behind. The movers were unprofessional, took frequent breaks and making inappropriate jokes. We had to seek help from family and friends to complete the move, as the movers were inefficient and rude. I will never use their service again.

Incompetent scam company. Truly the worst moving experience of my life. My son has cerebral palsy and would’ve done a better job in half the time. I have a good friend at the better business bureau and they will be getting a report on this

Do NOT use this businesses services! You will get scammed!! When I called, they had quoted me about 600 dollars which was acceptable. However, when the movers arrived, they told me that my quote was wrong and I actually had to pay an amount that was more than DOUBLE what they told me over the phone?! When I wasn’t able to pay, they were instructed to either drive my stuff back to my home or just leave it all in the street (which they ended up doing). Unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars I would service was unprofessional. Upon arrival crew of three men stated they were not able to complete my move today and several excuses were made from sloping road to slick ground. Upon their arrival received many calls from owner/manager about delayed arrival appointment time @ 8:30-9:30am 1st move of day to a now pushed back time of 10am. Option was given for a four man crew for immediate service I declined. After declining he immediately called back to say he found a crew and they would be there in 15 minutes this was a money gag. Manager also stated that since the men finished a job around midnight the previous day per regulation they were not allowed to start any work until 10am never heard of this before. Lord behold an hour after they left neighbors were moving in across the hall using Atlanta peach movers and had no issues with “slick ground conditions”. ? Requested refund of deposit and booked with another company for next day. Save yourself time and headache do not book with this company.

**Edited to note that I wrote this review as the team was wrapping up but quickly learned they are scammers. They charged us for their lunch break and somehow the move was $2k more than the estimate. Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!Corey and the team were great. They were very professional and took great care of our belongings. They even made sure that things were packed and left how I liked them. I would recommend All My Sons for in town moves.Services: Local moving
