My mother donna hammock shop here recently she complained the aisles were too small to walk down she barely fit.Also there were not enough bathrooms the only lady one was occupied so she had no choice to use it in her pants.The biggest problem they will not allow her to use her debit card only cash she would shop elsewhere but she likes buying the can diet drinks here.She also said when she complained about them not taking her card to employees they act rude and she thought they called her names under their breath like her being old and ugly hopefully she misunderstood.When she did try to use the debit card they will be rude about it and hopes they are not taking money for themselves so it can't be traced I think this matter needs to be looked into or mother has no choice to shop at walmart especially if she has no cash available

I visited on July 4th. I come to this location all the time and generally everyone is pleasant but today they were not! They did not make an announcement that the store closed at 4pm. They were so rude! William came up to me and startled me and said “you have to go”. I was very confused by his tone of voice. I am not pleased at all with how William and the other employees, one Asian female and one Black female, treated the customers. I didn’t even bag my groceries inside because I felt unwanted. I will gladly take my business to another competitor. This is not right at all. I am sad that the location that I frequent has made me thinking if I should continue supporting you all! Also the sign with the holiday hours was very small on the door.

It a great place to shop all of your staples or a lot cheaper,sometimes the fruit also.if you haven't been try it you want be disappointed.

Tall male w dark hair and beard walked thru the store shouting rudely customers had 10 minutes, the store was closing!! Use a mic and make a professional formal reminder!!
Most us who shop here on the regular are aware of 8pm time. ?
It's not what you say, but how you say it. It was only 2 people working the entire store from what I could see. Both in a rush to buy personal items and rush out...from my view.
I like thIs store and products bu your staff need to be trained properly. Most of the staff- working on the floor putting out stock- acts bothered and angry when asking for assistance...

I had a question but I dared NOT stop him, while shoutingto ask him a question as a customer. Instead of ignoring the guest...Maybe ask the few customers there are you finding what u need....then people can head to check out sooner....hmmm
The short, older, bald cashier never greeted or thanked me. He gives no eye contact - start rush swiping. never smile or greeted me likeAdli ? would expect in Corporate!$$
Again it's time to close but I didn't appreciate being rushed and unappreciated for my business. Neither would corporate!
Without the last minute customer and future self serve registers- you two can be out of a job.
Food for thought. Treat guest the way u want to be treated.

Have seen the tall -dark haired -bearded guy collecting left over quarters and pocket them...is this good store policy or legal??
I've seen this action by the same person in last 3 months!

I feel like I'm overly excited about how efficient this merchant is. Everything is stocked in case format like Costco, but you don't have to buy a case. The store is small, but they still sell everything you need food wise (no sweaters, no doghouses). Check out is done by real people that DON'T look like thier side hussle is making meth. AND as an added bonus that smaller store is easier to clean, so the floors, the doors and the shelves don't have that grimely look.

It's true Aldis is a good market store for all.prices are low cost for almost what you need especially for off brands. To be honest i love when their prices drop vegetable and fruits and eggs is the best for me.Love ALDl.

I generally love Aldi and have been shopping with this chain for 10+ year but today I went into the location on north Henry. The line was to the back of the store and I noticed another line forming at the second register so I went and got in that line. I had 2 items. Salmon and butter. The older lady that had on the bead wrap told me it was one line and I had to go get in the other line in the back. I preceded to do so when I got up to the register she then allowed 2 people behind me to go get in her line and rang them up…. That’s definitely not good customer service . It’s Sunday and the store is full but she picked who she wanted to help. The other people and myself just looked at her… I’ve worked as a district manager in customer service for well over 17 years and never have I ever made a guest go to the back of the line and then chose someone else behind them to come up and get served. Every guest deserves to be treated far.

There was an older lady with a gray bun and wavy roots working the register. The strip on the back was scratched. So I asked her if she could type it in. She said it would have to make a beep sound or she wasn’t going to type it in which is impossible with a damaged strip. She refused to key it in and push my entire cart back and told me to exit the store she wasn’t gonna do it and it was her procedure. She said it was her choice to decide if she wanted to do and she didn’t. Don’t go here because that lady was very rude a malicious for no reason and it only one masculine older lady with gray hair in a bun. She is not a good respresentation on your business or brand and she was also nasty to the customer before me please get rid of her immediately

I go here alot for instacart orders and im sorry but the employees are not helpful or friendly at all, none of them! If you dare ask one for help locating an item you will get a very short answer of "over there" and it comes with attitude! Even the cashiers are not friendly and on the rude side!

Never understood the quarter for a grocery cart. The locks don't function correctly. And you have to pay for grocery bags. That's why I don't come here
