Horrible customer service. Nobody is on the same page. I've been waiting 2 weeks for employment to be verified, called today and spoke with STORE MANAGER and he still hadn't verified my employment and had the nerve to have an attitude with me. Anytime I call and speak with him his tone comes off as he can't be bothered. Dont go to this aarons. If you hate your job that bad, please quit.

Still paying for my thing called multiple times about my dryer being broke just one little knob and they like being out and made a payment arrangement for this month and they said they noted it for the 5th get a phone call today asking for my payment sure can't get a phone call back about fixing my dryer the latest issue had called me back at two o'clock never heard anything back this is ridiculous three months of calling and asking to get it fixed and I get a extension to pay my payment on the fifth sure enough they're called me about the payment but not called me to get my tire fixed

Buyers beware!!!! Double charging your credit card for payment that had been paid. took it upon themselves to charge it again reached out to a corporate office said it was refunded money still not refunded. Again contacted the store was told by a manager he's the little man on the pole and there's nothing that he could do regarding refunding my money. So be aware when companies like this ask for a credit card on file. Because they feel that they could use it to charge account whenever they get ready.

Terrible..horrible.. traumatic customer service here at this location...I would not recommend this Aaron's to a dead dog...The female manager here is terrible..she exhibits 0 professionalism...After paying off several accounts with Aaron's this will be the last one definitely..

Aaron's Rental on Hwy 138 in Stockbridge, GA is without a doubt the BEST place. Leo was amazing. I told him my situation and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of that very same day! I will HIGHLY recommend Aaron's to anyone! And the delivery team Rudolph and his co- worker were so friendly and down to Earth. I could go on and on for days! ?

I went in looking just browsing and walked out extremely happy with a beautiful furniture set!! I actually walked in right when they were about to close, i was greeted by Breana she was very patient with me as i was very indecisive to what i wanted she walked me through the process of getting just what i needed. Breana is very pleasurable outgoing and provided amazing customer service im excited to come back again to get more furniture!

I have been doing business with Aaron's for a long time. The new store manager in Stockbridge needs CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. He doesn't behave in a professional manner at all.
