Don’t move here. They (management) will overcharge you each month and then ignore all concerns and correspondence. Will update this review with pictures, videos, and screenshots shortly. The change in management has destroyed this community. It’s so bad that I’m getting my lawyer involved. Check and believe the 1 star reviews.
To owner: Don’t even bother responding with your pre-generated response. The only party I’m interested in speaking with, at this point, is a manager from the corporate office.

I have been living here since February . From the beginning to now Hannah has gone over and beyond to make sure my move in was as smooth as possible and whenever there's and issue Her and Adrienne are quick to resolve the issue. Both ladies are detailed oriented and shows a genuine concern on a sincere basis.

Making an update. Strides have been made to improve the awful situations I have experienced since living here and I recognize it. It's unfortunate that it had to come that but fair is fair. They're trying to fix it.
Do not move here. A known criminal that plays loud disrupting bass music all day and has suspicious traffic lives there and nobody will do anything about it despite multiple calls to police for beating women and children ON CAMERA. He has been arrested on property, only to be allowed to return and cause more disruptions daily. Maintenance issues are unattended to, if you even manage to get a response. Over charged every month on my rent expenses and have to get them adjusted with no solution in sight. Awful apartment complex.

Apartments are overall trash please look else where don’t think anything changed because you will be disappointed
Update a month in just paid 1600 not one work order done they say pest control comes by i show No signs he’s been in my home I’m even madder the ppl upstairs do not sit down walk back n forth allday n night and heavy pool Not open worse decision i made
A week in this home and my kitchen is full
Of roaches like i did Not agree to live with roaches my air not working the tubs was so nasty nothing was clean they must have moved a tenant out n moved me right in with no cleaning no pest control spraying nothing im literally ready to break my lease right now because its no way im ok with paying 1600 dollars in rent and this kitchen is full of roaches
Ps i dont Want to see the management office writing saying they have no record of me I’m a tenant and I’m writing from my mother Gmail cause again my review is not posting and I’m trying to save ppl the time not to apply to these ran down apartments horrible i paid less for way better

New to the city and this is a terrible complex to live in . I’ve been here for almost a year and I’m already moving out ! The office staff is very rude and disrespectful. The amenities are non existent (pool, gym, tennis court) and they could care less. !!! They charge for garbage every month that doesn’t even get picked up when it’s suppose to. They advertise their apartments to be something they’re not ! I don’t not recommend, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE !!!

Recommend my boyfriend here after being here for a year and completely regret it heavily, they were better off staying with the old company Assembly at Eagles landing and not Elme. They added an extra electric bill to his rent when he asked what it was they said he’s paying for the lights in the parking lot that he doesn’t even use. That is ridiculous. I don’t think I even have to list anything more because that itself is crazy. The list goes on.

New Resident and I am thoroughly disappointed in this property. There are multiple inoperable cars making the property look trashy along with discarded furniture throughout. Trash being thrown in the woods on the outline of the property, packages stolen not to mention the unit was not cleaned properly or inspected. Marijuana being smoked in the breezeway is ridiculous. This is definitely not an A1 property as the prices are supposed to reflect. And why is the pool still not open???

FIRST I WANT TO START OFF BY SAYING THIS WAS MY FIRST APARTMENT ATTEMPT EXPERIENCE AND I WAS SADLY DISAPPOINTED. FROM THE LACK OF URGENCY, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, THE MALICIOUS ATTEMPT TO TRY TO CHANGE YOUR BASE RENT AND NOT TELL YOU IN YOUR FACE AND THE TONE OF HOW THEY TALK TO PEOPLE. AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON MAINTENANCE BEING MISSING,THEY DONT SEE NOW WRONG IN HOW THEY MAKE PEOPLE COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO WANT TO STAY THERE. I NEVER GAVE THEM ATTITUDE OR WAS DISRESPECTFUL, AND I SHOULD'VE KNOWN THERE WAS A PROBLEM FROM ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS BUT I WAS TRYING TO GIVE PEOPLE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. DO NO GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. LOW PRICES ARENT EVERYTHING AS THEY SEEM.

Honestly I had higher hopes for this complex but becoming more and more disappointed. I have been here not even a full week and ready to move already. I moved into a unit that supposedly had been walked through and prepped for move in and it is very apparent that in fact is not the case. From broken appliance, bugs, dust, torn screens, terrible neighbors with no respect of who is below them and the trash issues it has become clear none of these items were checked. I am extremely disappointed. Communication has been spotty, and the since of urgency is lack luster. I have expressed my concerns now twice, submitted maintenance request and addressed items via the move in checklist. I am honestly not quite sure the type of tenants they are used to having but I most certainly am not that guy and hope to see things improve before next steps I'm not sure what type of tenants this complex is used to, but these issues can be addressed with me, or I whole heartedly have no issues addressing this matter in front of a judge
