My son has gone there for about 2 years now and he absolutely loves it has a great and fun time while there and we absolutely love the teaches so kind and very friendly!

If I could give zero stars I would! They abused my child multiple times and would yank on his arm and constantly yell at my 3 year old horrible place!!

My wife and I have tried multiple times to talk to someone and every time we get ahold of someone they hang up on us. Then when we try to call them back they pick up the phone and hang up. We only received one email from them about enrollment,fees, schedules, and new updates. How can you trust someone to watch your kids if they don’t event have the decency to talk with you and to address your concerns that are not answered with the information they already sent you. Also if you drive past there location they have a table out in the front with clothing that has been there for weeks now! That’s gross!! Do not enroll your children here.

After an incident of them telling me they can't let my child in the door until I pay for the week (the day after I actually paid for the week) my daughter started having "accidents" on herself ( which never happened at home). It turned out that they made a mistake in the system and when we told them that it was a mistake, they apparently took their frustration out on my daughter and just wasn't even acknowledging her at all and not changing her diaper, resulting in the "accidents" on herself. It was to the point where my 2 year old was literally begging her father to "not take her to Ashley" . They also lost almost every jacket that I brought her to school in and one day, even lost a whole shoe that she was wearing. Needless to say, DON'T PUT YOUR CHILD IN THIS DAYCARE!

Miss Taylor is the best , my son is in her class and he adores her, she interacts great with all the children. She greets us every morning with a smile. It’s nice to know your putting your child in great hands and will be well taken care of.

Poor management, employees are not well selected and not treated fairly. Teachers are paid near minimum wage to watch your child resulting in your Children not being cared for the way they should be. The state will have this place shut down before long.

I love Prestige Academy and their staff, they such good care of my children. They love them like their own and I could not ask for a better care taker and teacher. My kids love all the staff so much that when I pick them up they don't want to leave.

My grandchild was briefly enrolled here. They claim to feed all organic and it is not. They also claim to offer yoga to children 2 and up. This never happened either. The one year old teacher is always rude upon arrival. They have what seems to be a high turnover rate of their teachers.

My son is well taken care of here. I love the open floor plan and all the employees seem to have a good attitude and energy which is always a plus working with small children. I love all the extras they do with even the young children like movie days in the theater with popcorn and a little gym (espeically love this since i'm an elementary PE teacher)THE ONLY reason I am giving 3 stars is inconsistent communication of polices about payments. I feel I have been nickeled and dimed by "late fees" when I have done my best to follow polices and even paying 2 weeks in advance. The first 3 weeks I had 2 kids enrolled and never received the 10% discount. I asked several times about a credit which I never got and just told some of my late fees were forgiven (Late fees I feel I never should have received). An electronic system is used and it would often have issues and I was told " don't worry if it’s the system you won't get a late fee". However, I have I was also told I would get invoiced text or e-mailed (assuming if I didn't the system was down again) However this is not the case. If I would have been told the proper information I would not have waited to make payments. The only payment form accepted on site is a money order or cash. Being able to pay with a check or debit/credit care on site would be a simple solution. The electronic system is not good for parents. I have been told many families have had the same concern as I have.

My daughter has so much fun she absolutely loves all the teachers. She learned so much and the wonderful staff here treat us like family! As a new mommy of course I was reluctant and hesitant to leave my baby at a daycare because of all the horror stories you hear. However, I have no worries at all with Prestige Academy. All the girls are great-super friendly and I love how they use the 23Snaps app so I can keep up with my little one through out the day! We love it here!!!!
