Purchasing from Dave's Appliance Warehouse was a pleasant experience when salesperson Abby worked there. However, after she left the company, we received minimal customer service when the dishwasher we purchased was subsequently delivered and determined to have cosmetic damage. Upon identifying the problem (3 fingerprint size dents on the front of the dishwasher door), I contacted Dave's immediately and spoke to Desiree and, upon her request, I sent her photographs of the damage. The following day Desiree called me back to say that she spoke to the manger, Tim, who said that we should complain to the installer as he felt the damage was done by them. We contacted the installer and the last we heard from either Dave's or the installer was that Tim was speaking to the installer.In the final analysis we handled the problem ourselves. While filling out the warranty cards for Thermador I came across the phone number for their customer service department. Thermador was excellent to deal with and arranged for a local appliance company to replace the dented front of the dishwasher, which resolved the problem for us. In summary, purchase from Dave's Appliance Warehouse at your own risk. If there is a problem with the appliance you purchase, do not expect much in the way of customer service to resolve any issues.

Dave's appliances in Statham GA is where it's at if you're looking for appliances they have all the new best stuff for just a fraction of the cost bc it has minor scratches and sometime even unnoticeable blemishes amazing store huge variety and the employees and extremely helpful and knowledgeable I bought my Samsung washer and dryer and my Samsung fridge here

We bought a dishwasher from this place. It broke. They were very Friendly and replaced it basically not questions asked.This is my new appliance purchase vendor.Great variety of products and a good seconds inventory as well.Staff very friendly.

I recently bought and had a dishwasher installed from Dave’s Appliance Warehouse. Everything went smoothly, from the purchase to the installation. I was also impressed with the installers’ timeliness and thoroughness in completing the job. I will definitely purchase from Dave’s again.

We visited about two years ago while preparing for a kitchen remodel. For years, I had planned on putting in some really nice appliances with a particular brand in mind. When visiting, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They took the time to listen to our thoughts and needs, while being patient with our small kids running around.Based on having young kids, they actually recommended a different brand range due to some safety features that were available. We’ve now had our Fisher Paykel range for a while now and we’ve abused it and still absolutely love it. Not only do the light up knobs clearly indicate if gas is on, the commercial style large griddle is our favorite part. We have friends who have other bougie brands of ranges with griddles and ours is a clear winner. We are so glad they made the recommendation for a brand we weren’t as familiar with.Also, our Fisher Paykel double drawer dishwasher is another surprise hit. We absolutely love having the ability to wash half loads independently. Great for keeping the kitchen clean or cycling through dishes on a busy family weekend of entertaining.Additionally, the team was fantastic about communicating with me about updated shipping dates and coordinated very well with my contractors.I strongly recommend shopping here.

Absolutely the worse experience in my life. Bought a Forza stove.. not a cheap item. It has a service issue and NO ONE cares about servicing the stove under warranty I may add. Call the Forza service and Tim the manager at Dave's and have received no help. If you are going to sell high dollar appliances I would have hoped that they would care about more than just a sale.. unfortunately NO. I will never recommend they to anyone and will do my best to spread the word.

I just wanted to say thanks to Madi for her excellent service when we went there and bought a refrigerator. She instantly knew what we were looking for and when we advised of the measurement changes she didn’t hesitate in having an option for us and it worked perfectly. I will go to Daves Appliance Warehouse every time i need a new appliance and recommend you to everyone that have the same need. Thanks Madi !!!!!

Pretty large warehouse, quite a bit to choose from. They said they get new inventory pretty regularly. The prices are pretty good as well. We priced a washing machine there versus Lowe's and it was $370 at Dave's and close to $600 at Lowe's.
