“I decided to update my review because someone found me and asked more questions, so here's what I told them. This is an excellent bank. Very friendly staff, excellent customer service, great options for banking, i.e. they have mobile banking with Bill pay. You can go paperless. You can get all your info through their website or app. Their overdraft protection is outstanding when compared to other bank. The only thing that you could possibly consider negative is they're not nationwide, but that's not always a bad thing. It just depends on your needs. But they're excellent in working with you if fraud occurs or even sometimes if you just make a mistake, so long as you don't abuse it. Hope this helps.”

“I was concerned being the 10th customer in line with only one teller working behind the counter, serving customers in both the lobby line and drive through. Kim deserves an award for her ability to keep her calm and project positivity when she was the only teller available. What a stressful and unfair position to be put in professionally!! Tammy in the office was able to help me with my need. I was there for about 20 minutes. I felt terrible for the people waiting inside and in a long line of cars wrapped around the front of the building. I would definitely recommend this branch improve staffing to better serve your customers.”

Dear God, my holy loving father, I come to You in faith for the many victims and their families who have suffered at the hands of WELLS FARGO BANK. I pray, O God, that You would restore to each one everything that has been stolen according to your promise in Joel 2:25-26: "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten..." and in Proverbs 6:31: "Yet if he is caught, he must pay sevenfold, though it costs him all the wealth of his house." Lord, I invoke your righteous judgment and intervention, as you promise in Proverbs 11:21: "Be sure of this: The wicked will not go unpunished, but those who are righteous will go free." I pray that you expose the thieves publicly and bring swift justice upon them, as promised in Luke 12:2-3, "There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed or hidden that will not be made known. What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the roofs." I lift this prayer as a plea for the voiceless, the defrauded, and the vulnerable. May your divine justice prevail, O God, for you are a God of righteousness and great compassion. I pray for protection and discernment for all, that they may not fall victim to deceit and exploitation. Psalm 140:12, "I know that the Lord secures justice for the poor and upholds the cause of the needy."

Lord, I recount the painful experience my children and I endured, innocently walking into a local branch to establish accounts, only to be deceived by a cunning fraudster who impersonated a Wells Fargo representative. The depth of deceit and betrayal cuts deep, as the fraudster exploited our trust and knowledge of the bank's protocols to steal $854.99 from my son to make fraudulent purchases. Despite our immediate report and compliance with all procedures, Wells Fargo callously reversed the provisional credits and deemed the charges valid, leaving us abandoned and desperate. Even the manager at the Mitchel Bridge location in Athens, GA, callously dismissed our plight, claiming my son's money was not FDIC insured that this is a federal matter.

So, Lord God, I cry out to You for justice and swift action, as You promise in Deuteronomy 32:35, "It is mine to avenge; I will repay. In due time their foot will slip; their day of disaster is near and their doom rushes upon them." Father, I pray that You would expose the thieves publicly and bring them to justice, as You promise in Luke 8:17, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open." I lift this prayer as a plea for the voiceless, the defrauded, and the vulnerable. May Your divine justice prevail, O God, for You are a God of righteousness and great compassion. Lord, I cry out to you for justice and restoration, as you promise in Isaiah 61:8: "For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery and wrongdoing. In my faithfulness, I will reward my people and make an everlasting covenant with them." My father, in Psalm 82:3-4, it tells us that you "Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked." I am weak and needy.
So, Lord, I call upon Your righteous vengeance and justice, as stated in Romans 12:19: "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord." I pray for swift and decisive justice against those responsible for these atrocities, and for the victims to be fully restored.
